I am trying to add  the LTI Pro app so I can connect to Canvas LMS. I pre-approved the app in the Zoom App Marketplace, but the "add" button is still greyed out and I cannot add the app to my account. I do have an Education account and have tried pre-approving it both for myself and for the all users and neither option has worked. 

We use Zoom webinars and Pardot (aka Account Engagement). Our Pardot instance has multiple business units, each of which host webinars. We like to use Pardot form to capture registrations, so as to keep our corresponding SF campaigns and Zoom webinars in sync.  I have had limited success in getting the Pardot app in the Zoom App marketplace to work. A big limitation thus far is that I cannot seem to integrate multiple business units at once. Does this app only support one Pardot business unit at a time?  

Any recommendations for note-taking apps for Zoom?

I'm facing an issue during the final setup of my Zoom app approval process. I'm being prompted to verify an AWS Lambda API domain that I'm using in my webhook URL.I control this AWS Lambda API domain but haven't verified it because it belongs to AWS. I'm unsure how to proceed and would appreciate any guidance or solutions.Here's a breakdown of my situation:Verified domain: My website domain is already verified.Unverified domain: The AWS Lambda API domain is unverified.Webhook URL: I'm using the AWS Lambda API domain in my webhook URL.Screenshot Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. about 6% of my registrations result in registration errors from Marketo. Does anyone else run into this issue? How can I fix this?

Hi,Why zoom does not provide a webhook for received messages?They have each for message sent, updated or deleted etc. Thanks

We installed the Pardot App through Marketplace 3-4 months ago.  Things seemed to be working correctly until now.Recently we've begun having a problem where we are unable to select the Pardot registration/attendee/absentee list.  When we try to access the page, by going to:  Webinars > selecting a webinar > More > Configure, the page where you can select these items pops up on the screen for a fraction of a second, then disappears.  Leaving the screen with some gray bars. We can't think of anything that we've changed recently that would have this affect.  Any ideas are appreciated.

 According to the Zoom Apps FAQ: Is my device eligible for Zoom Apps? Which devices can I use it on?Zoom Apps require the Zoom desktop client for Windows and MacOS. Zoom Apps are not supported on mobile devices at this time. When will Linux be supported for Zoom apps? Thanks-TAB

When I click on apps on my phone, Jeenie comes up but when I click on apps in my Zoom desktop/PC, Jeenie does not appear in the dropdown menu. In order to receive interpreted calls, I need to log in to Jeenie but how do I do that using Zoom on my PC?

hello i am using Lenovo Chrome OS. and i installed the zoom app in it from playstore but in zoom i want to add another app. But i cant see an app tab in it. After some digging that i can use other app via zoom EMS but when i try to add zoom EMS i received 502 error. Any solutions for that."Lenovo Chrome Os is android." 

Hi, I've installed version 2.18.1 of Zoom for Lightning. However, when I receive an inbound call for an existing Lead record, the Lead Detail page does not pop up. This highly disrupts the sales process.The softphone settings is set to "Single-matching record: Pop detail page".Also, the incoming call screen only has the Caller Id and Dialed Number even though I've selected "If single Lead found, display: Name, Owner Name, Lead Status, Rating, Recommended Product Type".See screenshot: https://share.zight.com/WnuWkq27I've already confirmed that we are using the correct softphone layout. Please advise.Thanks in advance.

Despite the Aborb app being approved by admin (me), the app is not available to users in desktop client, nor does the app appear in the added apps list or apps on account list.Hi smart people!App is enabled for specific users.Once noticed that the app was not available to the specified users, I added myself to the list of users approved for the app as well as a secondary test account.-Neither my own account or the test account are able to access the app via the desktop client.-Both my account and the test account are running the latest version of the client (6.2.3)-Further, when the Absob app is searched for using the “add apps” feature in the client, no results are seen. Hello,I am trying to integrate Zoom Webhooks with an external server using the n8n platform to validate a URL in the event subscription section of the Zoom App Marketplace, but I am continuously experiencing an error in the URL validation process. 1. Problem Description:-When entering the webhook URL into the event subscription form in Zoom App Marketplace, I receive the message: "Error in URL validation. Please try again later."-The URL I am using is: https://n8n-n8n.ap5gnp.easypanel.host/webhook/{WEBHOOK_ID}.-I have successfully tested this URL using Postman. The webhook responds with the correct token (plainToken and encryptedToken), but the Zoom platform still fails to validate the URL. 2. We are using Zoom as our phone system and have linked it to HubSpot.We're dialing people through the Zoom app, which allows us to ring HubSpot contacts because they're pulled directly into the app. We're having an issue where call activity is being logged against the wrong person/company or multiple contacts while we're forwarding a call.According to HubSpot, the problem is in the integration.How can we fix it?

Has anyone else had trouble integrating Zoom with the learning management system, Absorb? App permissions are enabled (see attached screenshot), but an error keeps coming up when an instructor led course is set up in Absorb.  

Hello, this post is related to Zoom Workplace app on iOS. The documentation for setting SSO information is a bit confusing. For example,Configuration Key = ForceSSOURlSet and lock the default SSO URL for SSO login.For example, hooli.zoom.us would be set as "ForceSSOUrl=hooli". So, it looks like value is "ForceSSOUrl=hooli", which doesn't work. Please clarify the documentation should be "hooli" instead of "ForceSSOUrl=hooli"

Can randomly selected numbers that have not been dialed before appear in the mobile application? Is it possible to download contacts that are not on the phone from other applications?

Hello! I have a question. I need to create an integration with the Zoom application, which must be used by authorized zoom users to be able to create scheduled meetings in their account. Only those accounts that are registered in our database will be used, the rest will not be counted. The biggest problem is that this integration-application must be used by the users themselves to access their subscriptions and meetings, and for this it is necessary to go through all the stages of publishing the zoom application. Is there any other way to do this?

The new timer app is great! But, for managing large meetings with over 1,000 people - we don't want the alarm to go off. Instead, we want to only be able to assigned and set the timer for the presenter(s) of that section...so they see it and get the alert but not everyone out. Think of it as a gentle way to notify presenters their time is coming up and done. Would love to see the timer app evolve with more possibility than the current all or nothing approach.

Our org would like to view all of the users of a particular Zoom App, but there are several pages of users. Is there a way to export this information?
