Hi colleagues,We have been using Incoming Webhook for months. Since 12/17 we noticed that some channel connections become invalid: webhook request returns status code 400 and error "No channel or user can be found with the given to_jid". I "regenerate" token, it helps, but after hours it could happen again. Or continue working. Or stop working again with the same error later.Did anyone face the same problem? What is the reason? How to resolve it? We didn't changed anything using webhook on our side. I couldn't be sure that i'll not miss some important notification, but always regenerate token is just a temporary solution, it makes me really wistful

Hopefully someone from the Zoom team can provide a guidance how to deal with the email that the app's owner gets (attached to the post) We already filled out the TDD form and submitted our app for re-approval. Even got the approval from the Zoom Marketplace team. Should our team just ignore the letter or make some additional actions? We definetely don't want to be removed from the marketplace because of that reason

Hi there, my aim is to register participants via a Pardot form to a zoom webinar. All communication should be sent exclusively via Pardot.  Initially, I created everything as described here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206003126-Using-Zoom-Webinars-for-Pardot  After submitting the Pardot form the participant is registered in the mentioned Pardot list, also I see the registration in Zoom. However, I do expect that the personal link is created in the field webinar_join_link in Pardot. Unfortunately, this field stays empty in Pardot. Anyone an idea? Thank you really much for your support

I have recently integrated my salesforce org with zoom, the zoom webinar registrants records are being created but there is field on that record called 'is attended' which indicates whether the user has attended or not. So that field is not being populated even though the registrant is attending the meeting. Any ideas on this will be really appreciated . Thanks

HiI want to know is there any features available in zoom that we can set participants in meeting by their mail id and mail should go to their mail of participants after schedule a meeting or update or cancel without manual send should go automatically.  

I had got a learning online website developed few months back using zoom JWT and sdk meetings. Then there was some issue so I am thinking of upgrading it to OAuth fully as anyways, after few months, JWT and sdk will be deprecated.My question is:Should i use OAuth or server 2 server?Requirement is Users will register as teachers on website and they can take classes via this website on zoom.What option should i choose? Thanks

Hi,While trying to integrate, there were some apps created and added. However, none of them were approved and now situation is that all needs to be deleted. But there is no option to delete from Zoom manage dashboard. How do i do it?Thanks

First time trying to use Apps, as a sole user with a free account. I activated 3 Apps from the Marketplace, which shows them as "Added": "Mentimeter," "Meeting Recaps, Transcripts, Recording from Read", and one other. I saw notices that they are supposedly active and available. However, none of them are showing up — not in the Apps tab of the main window, and not in the Apps sidebar within a trial meeting in my personal meeting room.    How do I get access to these apps so that I can use them?

Just created an App. But in the App Credentials section, I cannot find the API key and Secret Key.Instead, there are somethings called 'Client ID' and 'Client Secret'.I am trying to integrate Zoom with Tutor LMS on WordPress. When I enter Client ID and Client Secret into the fields for API Key and Secret Key, I am getting an error as 'Please recheck your API Key'.Has something changed? Because in older tutorials I see API Key and Secret Key under App Credentials. 

Hello. I have a setup in Intune, with Macs, where i am trying to incorporate Zoom as part of the enrollment. I have tried these two versions; Zoom desktop client for Meetings and Zoom desktop client for Meetings (for IT Admins) https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/207373866-Zoom-Installers After i have downloadede the PKG files, i go to Intune Endpoint > Apps > Add > Line of buisness app (LOB) > Select > Choose the PKG file > Click OK > Rename it and so on > and then creating it. I can get i working, with the standard version, not the IT for Admins.But the .plist doesent get applied.When i open Zoom on an enrolled Mac, this pops up; A keychain cannot be found to store " Zoom " If i click cancel, it opens Zoom and i can login.. Hi everyone, we use the Pardot Zoom integration for our webinars since quite a while. Now, I set up a webinar as usual and by mistake connected to the wrong Pardot list. So, I renamed the Pardot lists in Pardot. The list name automatically changed in the Zoom webinar as well, so everything seemed fine. However, since re-naming the Pardot lists new Zoom registrants are not transferred to Pardot any longer. I tried disconnecting and re-connecting the lists w/o success. Did anyone encounter similar issues and how did you (hopefully) solve them? TIA!!

So the new apps available through ZOOM is extensive in their requirement to access participant information (participants unaware) attending ZOOM sessions - or you cannot use the app. This is of great concern. Is this being addressed? As one who provides workshops in the K12 education field, it's unfair for me to give authority to an app to access the information of others attending my training, again while being unaware. Thoughts??

Does anyone use the Zoom API for Slack? I am trying to figure out how to uninstall and reinstall. It tells me the link I intially downloaded zoom to has expired. Anyone using Zoom in Slack?
