I have an old (2022) weekly Zoom meeting stuck in my Outlook calendar that I have been unable to remove from my Outlook calendar for over 1 year now. It has my calendar frozen and unusable. It also has slowed down the use of my MacBook laptop.   I have spoken to Microsoft and Apple who have not had any solutions.   I have to turn the Outlook calendar off to be able to use my other calendars.    Please let me know what you suggest I do to get this removed from my Outlook Calendar.

When I try to cancel a meeting by accessing from my outlook calendar, I get this error code 1110.  The meeting will not delete or cancel from my calendar.Any help?

I want to use zoom application with multiple environments. There is info that I can use “any” for this: https://developers.zoom.us/docs/integrations/oauth/#using-multiple-environments . Hi,we create a Zoom app for development in our main account, and now want to test this app in another account.When we want to consent our app in the 2nd account we get "Application not found".Do we need to publish the app first in the marketplace before we can do testing?Or is there a different way to allow the app in 2nd account?Thx for any help.Torsten

I cannot seem to visualize the Server-to-server Oauth option to build my app... I can see only the other types.

So, I installed this free app the other day and then ran a meeting that it was critical was recorded. The message popped up telling me the meeting was being recorded. After the meeting, I could not see the recording. It transpires that after talking to Read support, the recording is automatically deleted when the meeting finishes. At great embarrassment to myself, I now need to see if we can run the 90 minute meeting again. Spoke to Zoom support who don't care. Just wanted to warn people not to trust this app as it can cause you some major issues if you are not careful.

We are reaching out for assistance with our Server-to-Server OAuth app activation. Our goal is to migrate from JWT to Server-to-Server OAuth in order to fetch and register users using webinar API on our application. We followed the steps outlined in the documentation found at https://developers.zoom.us/docs/internal-apps/create/ to create our app.We were able to successfully build the app and add a scope for webinar access. However, after assigning the admin access scope to the user and then removing it, we received an "Update to your user role permissions" notification (screenshot attached). Additionally, the app status is now showing as deactivated.Could you please provide us with assistance on how to activate our Server-to-Server OAuth app and ensure that we have the appropriate permissions to access the required scopes?  

Hi folks, My university has a very large user base of many thousands of users. We've had at least two different groups who use Marketo (different instances) request to use the Zoom Webinars integration, but we've put them off because:Only one Marketo instance can be connected to the Zoom accountMarketo requires account-level access to all of our thousands of usersThat second one is a big no-no. One idea we've had is isolating these specific webinar user accounts to their own subaccounts and linking the individual Marketo instances there. It seems like users from our main account will still be able to be added as alternative hosts to webinars on the subaccounts. Has anyone attempted this elsewhere? Are there any complications we aren't anticipating? Thanks,Chris

Hello, I created a postman oauth app for the sake of testing some api end points for an integration i had to build. Everything was working fine until yesterday morning when all of a sudden upon requesting a new token (as it had expired) from postman, when clicking get access token, i got an error (see screenshot) related to sub accounts.this was very odd as it had been working up until then but now i was receiving that error. i tried the live chat and no one could really help me. We have a zoom to vimeo integration enabled that automatically stores zoom recordings onto vimeo (alongside the default zoom storage). But it only stores speaker view, not other views (gallery, speaker + shared screen, shared screen + gallery). Is there a way to use this integration to enable the storage of all types of views?      

My app has two types of users. Partners and customers. Partners show their availability and customers can book based on the availability. Hello, Our Zoom application has been in the Marketplace for 2 years. Everything was going fine, until last week it stopped working. It appeared we needed to complete a security review, but we didn't get any notification about this at all, and we are not even sure how often we need to complete that verification. Is there a way in which you can assist to provide more information? Our integration stopped working and really affected our customers. The app is now published again and working fine, but we really want to understand why it happened that way and how often can we expect such behavior. Thanks!
