I am unable to install Zoom client for M2 Mac, Whenever I am trying to install it shows the installation is failed

We are reaching out for assistance with our Server-to-Server OAuth app activation. Our goal is to migrate from JWT to Server-to-Server OAuth in order to fetch and register users using webinar API on our application. We followed the steps outlined in the documentation found at https://developers.zoom.us/docs/internal-apps/create/ to create our app.We were able to successfully build the app and add a scope for webinar access. However, after assigning the admin access scope to the user and then removing it, we received an "Update to your user role permissions" notification (screenshot attached). Additionally, the app status is now showing as deactivated.Could you please provide us with assistance on how to activate our Server-to-Server OAuth app and ensure that we have the appropriate permissions to access the required scopes?  

Hi folks, My university has a very large user base of many thousands of users. We've had at least two different groups who use Marketo (different instances) request to use the Zoom Webinars integration, but we've put them off because:Only one Marketo instance can be connected to the Zoom accountMarketo requires account-level access to all of our thousands of usersThat second one is a big no-no. One idea we've had is isolating these specific webinar user accounts to their own subaccounts and linking the individual Marketo instances there. It seems like users from our main account will still be able to be added as alternative hosts to webinars on the subaccounts. Has anyone attempted this elsewhere? Are there any complications we aren't anticipating? Thanks,Chris

Hello, I created a postman oauth app for the sake of testing some api end points for an integration i had to build. Everything was working fine until yesterday morning when all of a sudden upon requesting a new token (as it had expired) from postman, when clicking get access token, i got an error (see screenshot) related to sub accounts.this was very odd as it had been working up until then but now i was receiving that error. i tried the live chat and no one could really help me. I contact the owner of the account, my ceo to ask him if by any chance he had removed any permissions from my admin profile. he confirmed that all permissions were untouched. so again very odd that my oauth app (postman) that had been working all of a sudden was not authenticating throwing the sub account permission error.This morning after speaking with someone else i was told to uncheck that from my ap

We have a zoom to vimeo integration enabled that automatically stores zoom recordings onto vimeo (alongside the default zoom storage). But it only stores speaker view, not other views (gallery, speaker + shared screen, shared screen + gallery). Is there a way to use this integration to enable the storage of all types of views?      

My app has two types of users. Partners and customers. Partners show their availability and customers can book based on the availability. Booking is basically a video call between partner and customer.Now partner and customer can register and interact with each other, book and have a video call.I wanted to integrate this into my web page. I want the zoom to be embedded into the web page because I don’t want my users to install additional zoom application.My app will have multiple zoom video call, many going on in parallel.Which zoom services should I refer to. HiI am looking to add Zoom chat SharePoint integration. When I attempt to set this up in the Zoom web portal/advanced/Integration, It states integration has been moved to Apps Marketplace but I cannot see SharePoint in there. Please advise 🙂 Kind Regards Jimmy

Hello, Our Zoom application has been in the Marketplace for 2 years. Everything was going fine, until last week it stopped working. It appeared we needed to complete a security review, but we didn't get any notification about this at all, and we are not even sure how often we need to complete that verification. Is there a way in which you can assist to provide more information? Our integration stopped working and really affected our customers. The app is now published again and working fine, but we really want to understand why it happened that way and how often can we expect such behavior. Thanks!

I'm trying to register Zoom webinars through a Pardot form on a Pardot landing page, following the instructions here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206003126-Using-Zoom-Webinars-for-Pardot When I fill out the form, I'm redirected to a page that says "Forbidden No permissions to access this page" (see attached).  I put in the code to redirect to a different landing page, but that's not working either.

When in Zoom, there are three options (for us) where we may receive an indication of either: 1. Chat message, 2. Call, or 3 voicemails. When in the application, there are three distinct indicators, one for each. However, when Zoom is minimized to one icon on the toolbar, you cannot tell what the indicator (number in red circle) is referring to. It is the sum of all outstanding communications. Same for application on the cell phone. Here is the question. Can I modify the indicators only to reflect the chats, on the toolbar? During certain hours of the day I only care about chats. I am not concerned with external calls or voicemail. The ability to configure the "red circle" indicator would be helpful, or at least knowing chats, from phone call, from voicemails, without always opening the application. Thank you.

We have a user that is requesting pre-approval for an app integration. These requests can be handled in the My Admin Dashboard of the Marketplace, but I cannot see the dashboard even though I am an admin of the account. I have attached pictures to show what my screen looks like vs what the Zoom support page shows (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360032447812-Managing-the-Zoom-App-Marketplace). Is this a feature that needs to be turned on? Is there a level higher than admin that we need access to?

I have built a JWT App through admin zoom market place. This app shows in the list of apps created but not shows for approval. So Basically I am not able to approve it so I can use it with my website. Please advise.

When launching LTI Pro with launch_presentation_locale = ‘fr/CA’, most of the ui is in french except for the top menu bar (tabs still named ‘Home’ and ‘Appointments’) are still in english. Same thing with the ‘Get Training’ link.All the content on 'Appointments' is also still in english.

We have an existing app that was designed as a chatbot, for in-meeting chat. It works with a /command Whilst working on it, I'm setting up a new dev app, but the options (for app type) have changed. Using the info I have, I can set up a 'team chat' app, but that doesn't allow the use of the /command within the in-meeting app (which is where it's supposed to be), it only allows it in the team chat window, with those in the meeting don't see.Do I need to change the type of app, and if so which type will allow me to send /commands from the in-meeting chat?
