In Salesforce when a user has multiple open browser tabs and makes a zoom phone call from one of them, the zoom phone window is being opened not only in the tab where the user started the call, but also in all other open Salesforce browser tabs.Therefore, when the user finishes the call in the tab, where it was initiated and closes the zoom phone window there, the user also has to click through all other tabs to close Zoom Phone there as well. Is there a way to avoid it? The screenshots & the steps to reproduce the issue are available here: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1kCSbWG0otKbfJK1sBGMg1QVVMpT0mbu6IzYje1120D8/edit#slide=id.g2e719e7e99c_0_0

I made  the mistake of using read.ai and I cannot figure out how to get rid of it. People are now kicking me out of meetings due to the read.ai appearing in the chat.

I'm in a bit of a bind with read.ai. I host a recurring meeting set up with "join before host" so that participants can interact if I am late or can't attend. At the very first meeting, a participant enabled read.ai, which I have disabled every time. That participant has not attended since that first meeting, and yet the read.ai prompt shows up at the start of the meeting every single time.  I have read all the other posts by users who are trying to disable the read.ai service, and none of them apply here because (a) I don't have a read.ai account, (b) setting up a waiting room won't work with the "join before host" option, (c) the person who invited read.ai has not returned to the meeting but the read.ai bot still shows up, and (d) even if I reach out to that person, it isn't clear how she would turn off the service without joining the meeting. Is there any way to eliminate the read.ai service, or do I have to set up an entirely new meetin

I use the Zoom app on my Chromebook, but I've had this issue with the web version and the downloaded program on my windows computer before. There's a button when you log in that says "keep me logged in" that seemingly is only for aesthetic purposes. I am logged out after every meeting, rendering the button useless. I've seen that because I have a free account I can't host for longer than 40 minutes, and lucky for me, I'm not hosting! I've searched the forum and seen this question being asked but not answered several times. I've seen random (sorta scetchy) tricks in order to stay signed in but... the button that says "stay signed in" should do that. The constant logging in is annoying to the point of me not wanting to use zoom at all. If my internet gets shaky and the call lags for longer than 5 seconds, I have to log back in. If I have two meetings back to back, I have to log back in between them. If I want to check my schedule

Are there any plans to add support for LG WebOS or ipk package distributions for Zoom?    It would be great to be able to use these televisions for Zoom meetings and gatherings!

Hi everybody, Has anyone tried using Zoom's YouTube app from the Marketplace?  We're hoping to use it to substitute the need for hosts to share their screen to show YouTube content.  However, we notice a few issues:--The host can hear the YouTube audio, but guests can't, despite the video being in sync.--When trying to change from one video to another, the app performs inconsistently: it either changes to the next video, or nothing happens.  Even when the current video ends, and you attempt to select a different one, it doesn't play, requiring you to close out of the app and reopen it.Just curious to see if anyone has identified other bugs so I can reference those issues as I open a case with Zoom support.  Thanks!--Andy Borts, Zoom Administrator, UNLV

Hello! I have the Video SDK Pay As You Go account but as soon as I enter the Zoom Video SDK site and click Build App it sends me to the usual site with building app and there is no option of Video SDK, it is just general, server oauth and webhook. What can I do?

I am trying to connect zoom to ReStream.io and I previously had integrated with Otter.ai. I disconnected otter.ai, took the zoom app off of my account. Now everytime I try to select livestream with RTMP it says it is "connected to livestream...but it it not- it's still trying to talk to otter.ai! Soooo frustrated. Anyone know what i am doing wrong? I can't seem to find the original fill in the blanks for the url and streaming code. The input options are gone under the livestreaming option.

My overlays app does not work properly. It does not let me save templates, and above the save template button, it is constantly loading. Please advise, as I have done everything I know how to do

I have added an app, and it shows in my apps. I want to pin it to the toolbar along the top as it is repeatedly used and would prefer not to open apps each time I want to use it.  Is there a way to do this? 

I’m running a bot app built using Zoom Linux SDK. The app is running in Ubuntu 22.04 Docker container. I’m providing SDK JWT token, local recording token, meeting ID and password to intiate the bot auth. The bot is able to join my meetings and initiate raw recording. I get the popup in the meeting saying “This meeting is being recorded”. But I’m never getting any callback for onRecordingStart callback that I’m passing to recordingCtrlEvent->setOnRecordingStart of IMeetingRecordingCtrlEvent. Meeting SDK version that I’m using is zoom-meeting-sdk-linux_x86_64-6.6.5.5692. Hi,I’m having an issue with the Zoom activity in Moodle. The Zoom component doesn’t load properly — instead of showing the meeting information or links, I only see grey placeholder barsSo far, I’ve tried refreshing the page, clearing cache, and testing in different browsers, but the issue persists. Other Moodle activities seem to load normally.The problem appears in various browsers, as well as on Windows, Android, and Apple devices.Has anyone else encountered this issue, or knows how to fix it?Thanks in advance for your help!

I have an issue with my account where I cannot use the zoom App SDK. This is the message I get when I try to enable the Zoom APP SDK Feature: "This feature is not available based on the product you select"Has someone experienced this issue before?   

The salesforce-zoom integration has been in our org for some time now but users noticed that the meeting details were not populating automatically. After the user has ended the meeting, these fields:-Zoom Status: Remains as open-Meeting Type: Stays as scheduled-Participants doesn’t update-Participant count doesn't update-Zoom meeting Start time doesn’t update-Zoom meeting end time doesn’t update-Duration (mins) doesn't update ps. The 'Sync Zoom Meeting Details' button were working to populate the mentioned fields however it should be auto-syncing. 

I have changed phones but can't locate an app for free 'basic' -  personal use. Anyone have a link? Guidance greatly received.

Hi Team,  I noticed that the option to create Server-to-Server OAuth option is disabled for me, however it was enabled previously. Also, I can not edit the app that I created before via Server-to-Server. The other two options are still valid (General app & Webhook). I still have the admin role on the account.  There's only one tip text over the created app's name: 'Unable to view the app. Contact administrator for access.'
