 Good morning,we noticed that Zoom Events does not provide for the translation of emails into Italian. If I set a reference template to be reproduced in future events, the email editing page does not include placeholders such as [title] or [date event], I would have to enter the event title by hand and correct it in future events. Furthermore, already composed blocks such as "registration" or "view event" cannot be translated. For us this means that we create registration pages for our events in Italian but we manage communication via email in English. Inconsistent experience for our users. Thank you.

Hi Zoom Community,I am currently facing an issue with creating an additional hub in Zoom Events. Our organization has a Zoom Events "Unlimited" license, and we have around 90 unused licenses. Despite this, we are unable to create more than one hub for one account. From what I understand, the Unlimited license is limited to a single hub. We are a company of 500 employees and need to manage multiple hubs under the main owner for different groups. My role involves managing these hubs along with volunteers assigned to each hub.Here are some details:We have multiple Zoom Events Unlimited licenses.We tried to set up multiple hubs under the main owner, but it didn’t work.The support article on Zoom mentions that to create multiple hubs, we might need multiple Zoom Events Unlimited licenses, which seems redundant given our unused licenses.We need to manage volunteers without creating new email addresses for each of them, and e

If you have a recurring zoom call event - can you "name" or "title' each one differently so they come up in the registration page area?

Hello,  I have just downloaded and linked the zoom app for salesforce to my teams salesforce accounts. When I try to schedule a meeting I keep getting the Zoom Meeting Creation Status as Activated PMI schedule meeting is existing.  And it is not creating a meeting id and it is automatically checking the use personal meeting id.  Does anyone have any idea how to correct this issue?  

I created a webnar conference for my company, but the subscribers are not receiving the confirmation via email with the webnar link once they are subscribed.

It appears Zoom Event/Zoom Session visits to the lobby count as "Attended" instead of using "Minutes watched" as a qualifier for attendee count within Zoom reports. This means integrated platforms will have a count different to Zoom's count for attendance data - which may be confusing to stakeholders with access to both Zoom and integrated CRMs/MAPs. 

I once had a paid account to use with a not-for-profit association during the covid-19 lock down so we could have our meetings done by video.  Now we can meet in person so that account is no longer needed and cancelled the paid subscription.  In the past year or so I started to get these notifications on events happening, 'how to..', etc.  I've been hitting the unsubscribe to stop this from happening and I still keep getting these emails!  I'm not a business person or have a business job and I don't go to meetings. Why do I keep getting these emails?  Why doesn't the unsubscribe work?

Why is this happening? My Internet speed is very good. It makes for a very amateur presentation.

We held a hybrid Zoom Events conference last year and some of our attendees struggled with the Registration process. This year we are thinking about Pre-Registering our attendees, not checking "Require Registration", but checking "Attendees will be required to authenticate at time of join".  Has anyone had experience with this set up? It seems like a more friction-free way for our attendees to join but possibly a bit less secure. If you used this setup, did you have any issues with 'bad actors' interrupting your sessions? Did you have attendees at your event who you didn't pre-register (attendees sharing their ticket with someone else)?

I teach music online...with every student it's a challenge in setting up audio settings properly on Zoom to allow me to hear both student and THEIR Musical Instrument(guitar or piano). Sometimes this gets accomplished fairly easy w/ a few simple clicks...other times it becomes a nightmare ....and we get nowhere. A current student of mine just changed Computers (Windows format) ....and scheduled a lesson this past week ...but it never happened...Audio settings could not configured correctly to allow me to hear both Student & sound of Musical Instrument. ANY HELP??

How do I find out what the URL to my zoom events hub is? I want to link to it from my website...

This seems like it should not be difficult. I can't figure out why it is. jm

I ran a Zoom session today from 9.30 am to 1 pm. I did a test to make sure everything was working at 9.28 am, the files downloaded and stored to my local laptop folder. I let people in at 9.30 am and recorded continuously until 1 pm. The file does not appear locally and is not in the Cloud. It has stored a folder on my local drive, but this folder is empty. Where is my recording? (Don't get me started on the imbecile Zoom Bot...)

Branding! Do we have the ability to customize the Hub page layout? 

From last month Zoom doesn't let me do a live streaming from my Facebook fanpage account, it only allows me to do the live streaming from my facebook profile that adminsitrate my fanpage, someone can help me?

We are hosting a Zoom Event for an internal corporate event for roughly 1,000 people that work at the same organization. We have uploaded the name and email addresses of everyone approved to attend but would like to add information to each person's profile (such as job title, date they joined the company, etc.) via an import list. Is it possible to amend/update information for the people we have already pre-registered? Thanks,

I have set up my speakers with the ability to edit their sessions.  I followed the instructions on how to access the EDIT SESSION PAGE, but it is not visible or accessible.  I have a trouble ticket with Zoom at the moment, but I wanted to ask the community just in case this issue has been seen by others.My speakers DO SEE THE EDIT BIO section. I am looking for the EDIT SESSION PAGE. You are supposed to access this by directing your speakers to the EVENT PORTAL. Then, they are to VIEW SESSIONS and right-click on the session to see the EDIT SESSION OPTION.  My speakers do not see anything to the right of their session list.  They only see their listing as the speaker.I appreciate any insight that might help.I am using the Zoom Event Page, on a Macbook Pro

Hello, I am trying to push our zoom virtual meetings to a facebook business page for live sharing of our event. However I am having trouble linking to the facebook business page. Can you please help.  

Hii recently hosted a meeting, where one of the participants requested to record the meeting. I granted permission for this at the start of the meeting. I am a basic account holder. After the meeting, (the following day) the participant that had recorded, contacted me to state that they couldn’t access their recording and that Zoom support said that me (as the host) must have deleted it or changed permissions. The participant is a Pro account holder and stated they saved their recording to the cloud. I knew I had not deleted or changed anything so I logged in to see if I could see their recording but I can’t see it. can anyone help as to where I would go to access their recording and how I can help them access it? TIA

I teach art classes online and use a document camera to demonstrate.  There are no issues when I am working live.  However, in the recording the footage from the document camera hesitates.  The students responding in Zoom are fine.  Is there a setting I need to make sure I am using so that this does not happen.  It hesitates ever 2-3 seconds.

We're gearing up for an annual virtual conference that has around 40 sessions that occur over span 3-days. There are also multiple concurrent sessions. Last year we had the Zoom Events page and then needed to mirror the info on a page on the site but it's a PITA so hoping someone here knows of a plugin or method like an iframe to display the event on the organizations site.tiaDon

Hello, I am testing out Zoom Events and have noticed that when I use the Zoom app on my phone, there is an easy way to join Events (see screenshot). However, I am not seeing Events option like this when I use the desktop app. (see screenshot). Is there an Events option like this on the web app that I am missing? Thank you - Amanda
