Looking to set up a multi-layered hybrid meeting.  In room participants will be in a large room, with Zoom participants to have a plenary session.  This large group (both the in-person and Zoom participants) will break down to about 5 smaller breakout groups with the in-person participants still being in the same large room.   Each breakout group will have around 10 in-person participants.  The groups will be approximately 15 feet apart - possibly more.  After a period of time, the breakout groups will again join together (both in-person and Zoom) for a final plenary session. While we are pretty clear on what we need to do with the plenary session, we would like some help on what we need to do for the breakout groups.  Each breakout group will have a device (laptop/Surface Pro) to engage the Zoom participants.  What do we need in order to set up the smaller group sessions, especially in order to avoid audio echo/feedbac

Did anyone experience issues with their audio on their recordings on Sunday, Sept 26th?  Was this a Zoom issue?   

In our Zoom Room, we want to be able to customize the screen layout for our second screen so that members in our classroom can see as many Zoom participants as possible and to save that layout for future meetings.Currently, we have to do this manually for each meeting after the presents starts screen sharing. We have someone monitoring chat and raised hands so that the presenter can concentrate on their lecture. I've reviewed the option to customize and save Gallery View order, but this isn't quite what we need.

I am trying to add a custom country list as a custom question but it continues to tell me "a question like this already exists" does anyone know if I can do this? The same thing is happening when trying to add a customized Job Title List. Thanks in advance

Hi, Zoom Events seems to be having issues with assigning individuals into breakout rooms. When setting up breakout rooms during the live meeting, we also like to manually assign people to the room they need to be in.   However, we've noticed that there is always a handful of people who do not show up on the list to be assigned and are unable to assign them to a room overall. Trend seems to be that people who join the meeting via the WEB PORTAL can NOT be assigned to a room.  The people who joined the meeting via the web portal still can NOT be assigned even when we set to "automatically assign" attendees into random groups. I know this has been an issue that other users have experienced, but I'm not seeing any posts about it which is very surprising! I hope we can fix this glitch soon as interactive breakout rooms are a major component to all our events! T

Can I set up the settings so the only thing on a screen is the active speaker?  We do hybrid meetings  and have a screen set up for the people in person to see the presentation and a separate screen to show the people speaking on zoom.   Currently, when you speak, you also see the shared screen.   I'd like it, if possible to show only the speaker so it takes up the full screen.

Hi there. How do I set up weekly zoom call that people can sign up for for a fee? Basically if I was hosting a weekly zoom meeting and I want to charge attendees $5 or a package for 6 months, 1 year... is there a way to do that on zoom or I would have to use a their party? Thank you!

Hi,After a 3hr meeting I got a 1hr recording and two files that did not convert. I did tape as usual with a few pauses in between during breakout rooms. The only difference is my collaborator was a co-host and tried to record. Her recording did not work at all. How do I convert the rest?!Thanks for your help!

Hello, I am organising a medical workshop. I wish to broadcast 2 x live surgeries using laparoscopic stations that will be connected to 2 laptops with zoom access.  I want my virtual audience to be able to view both surgeries live and switch on or off the audio of the desired surgery. Is it possible in Zoom?Is it possible to create 1 zoom meeting id and broadcast the 2 surgeries at the same time? Thanks for your help and guidance. Alex

I am setting up a virtual conference using zoom events, which will run multiple simultaneous sessions. Can the hosts of those sessions also create breakout rooms during their individual sessions?

I don't see where you can download the participants in my Zoom sessions.  Is there a way to do it and what's the path because everything I have tried has come up blank.

Hi! I'm planning a multi-day, multi-track hybrid event, relying on Zoom Events as a platform.   I'll need to sell tickets on my website (mostly to comply with local regulations to issue VAT invoices).   Q:  How do I control access to my Zoom Event to those who have purchased a ticket through my website?     I assume I can send out an automated email to purchasers with a link to the Zoom Event.  So far so good, but how do I make sure non-eligible people don't join?   I sthere a way to add a list of eligible emails that are allowed to access the event?  (And if so, can such a list be dynamically updated by emails of people who purchase access during the event?) Thank you,Csaba (BPconf.com)

In our original setup, we had granted certain individuals the Dashboard in order to be able to see all upcoming lessons and be able to enter anonymously (in order to evaluate the instructor, or pop in to the meeting if a student was being troublesome). This is a franchise setting - however, we had no groups set up and with the Dashboard admins could see all the meetings in the managed account, not just ones belonging to their franchise. If I organize the franchises into groups in the system, and then determine who in each franchise would be the admin over that group and then grant them the Dashboard, will it/can it limit their dashboard view to just their group?

Hi everyone,I am very new to Zoom Event and planning a two-day summit in October, very exciting ! I would like for the public to purchase their ticket on my website (Wordpress and WooCommerce).This would automatically put them into a mailing list in Active Campaign.Then, I would  email them the information to log into the Event on the day it starts. Which setting should I use?I'm thinking : Event should be FREE (so I do use the payments inside Zoom Events) Access should be restrictedBut what does "I will send my  own email invitation" mean exactly ? Should I use that option as well ? Also, once the people have been emailed their link (they get the email because they bought a product / ticket on my website, not via Zoom), what if they  forward the link to a friend ? Can their frieng get into the Event as well ? Thank you for your help, 

After updating my Zoom to Windos Version: 5.11.1 (6602) and using the English-Spanish intepretation channel to speak (to interpret in a meeting), my sound volume drops gradually to the point of even being almost muted. My interpreter colleagues were all OK, it only happened in my channel. I am using a Sennheiser SC165-Jack3,5  headset. It had never happened to me before and I was thinking if it could be due to the software updating, Could anyone help me to fix this?

I will be running an event with 250 participants, this will be split into 4 separate sessions as time slotse.g 10:00-10:30 I will need room a) &room b) to run at the same time, 10:30 - 11:00 rooms a) &b) and for attendees to be able to choose which session they would like to attend. How many attendees can i have in the main meeting and how many will be allowed per breakout room?@breakoutroom @similtaneousevent @numbers

El tema que iban a tratar era interesante, y lo que yo quisiera es poder acceder a esa reunión grabada, alguien puede ayudarme cómo poder ver ese video ya que tengo todos los accesos pero por falta de tiempo no pude ingresar.  Saludos
