Hi Community, I need your help, I am stuck, and I received no help from the support who didn't come back to me until now. I am a licensed pro+zoom event user, and I connected on my Zoom Event to create a new event for early next week, I received a request of migration for my hub which I did. The page of the migration kept turning for a very long time without any other actions. After one hour I went back to my zoom event, my hub is not showing "inactive" or "deactivated" I have no way to create a new hub and when I try to create a new event I am stuck as they are automatically associated with my old deactivated hub and can't be published. I am totally stuck and can't use a product I am paying for.   

1) Unable to view speakers section of a registration form in mobile view?! How come?! )) Due to what strange logic? That should be an easy fix. 2) Digging further: Shouldn't speaker section go after the description and before the registration fields?! (So you could come by the link, and then watch+read, and after that enter your precious information to the form fields, then hit submit) 3) This one is not as obvious and has a work around yet is not as straight forward as could get: When you add speakers information you actually should be able to disable photos section to it, however you can overcome this by adding white squares instead of photos 200x200px - which works in a way. There will be, a problem thou!  4) Potential problem with lack of photos: So lets assume we've got our feature to show speakers section on mobile devices. Good! But we've got 10 sp

Hello:  I am working to create the ticketing for a zoom event.  The tickets will be free, but when I go into the ticket area and go to add ticket there is no option for a free ticket, and it will not let me create any ticket.  I have been on the chat with Zoom and honestly they are no help.  They run me through a process which I follow exactly but it does not work.  Any thoughts? 

This is a major security issue. This happens when I click a meeting link from an email or calendar event. I am always already logged into the desktop or mobile app. I'm very concerned!

Is there a way to edit\modify Zoom emails that are being sent out?  A way to change or add to the content & information in the email?  Modify branding?Even as a license holder, I didn’t see an area were I could go and create my own emails or to modify existing ones.As we will have hybrid events we’d like to send one group (in-person) a different email than the virtual attending group.

Let's face it -- hybrid events are here to stay 😷 🖥️and I am on a fast learning curve to seamlessly blend virtual and in-person event experiences, from registration, ticketing and attendee emails, to day-of-show and post-show. Currently, I am exploring hybrid event registration and so far am not impressed -- this really needs to be an easy, seamless process for attendees (whether in-person or virtual) and easy to set up/manage for event planners. I am aware of event registration platforms that can integrate with Zoom (such as Eventbrite), but this seems clunky/complicated and has too much potential for error/confusion. Ultimately, I would prefer to be able to set up/manage hybrid event registration for both in-person and virtual attendees solely on the Zoom platform. Additionally, my organization has an enterprise-level license with Zoom and it would be ideal to have an all-inclusive Zoom solution for the endless stream of hybrid event requests that I am field

We didn’t want the original recordings to be posted immediately as we wanted to edit them before they were posted after the event. (add a starter tile, ending tile, remove a section if needed) I’ve edited the videos and I’ve gone in and “replaced” each video.But we are unsure as to where the videos are appearing for the attendees. At the moment, they’re not showing when you went back into the lobby.  If we inadvertently turned off some function to allow them to see all videos after the event is over, how do we turn it back on again? To add to this, a sub-question is, do the attendees only see the videos of the sessions they attended, or is it “all or nothing” when viewing the recordings?

I need assistance with setting up for participants time logged into event be capture for attendance purposes. Thanks

I no longer have to option to update my Zoom. I cannot find anywhere to allow me to update zoom. Suggestions?

I'm hosting a Q&A on Zoom next week and have set up event on Zoom. Hello community, In the past few months I've been having issues with my Acer Chromebook; in fact I can't play any recorded meetings (on every browser), while I can perfectly join live meetings. I've tried watching recorded meetings on multiple devices and I had no issues with them, so I'm sure that it's only this chromebook. Also youtube works perfectly, so it's only zoom that is not working. Thank you for you helping

AI language interpretation is great and going to be even greater,  but for now the accuracy can be low, particularly with acronyms of course, and even strong accents. To fix this I would like to have the ability to live edit the close captions translations in the event. I cannot seem to find a way to do this - is it possible? How? We are running a global event in Zoom Events for humanitarian child protection workers, keeping the budget down is important.

Hi All, I'm in the process of putting together a panel discussion. I'm looking to lay down some ground rules for the panel in terms of length of speaking time, non - interruptions, so on and so forth. Is there a website with information that anyone here may have utilized effectively before?

i have tried everything, but no success.  how can i get my camera to work to display myself during church service.  is  it something that the church did, that i cannot gt the camera to work ? 

I'm creating my first Zoom Conference.  I'm setting up sessions and note that the times are in 15 minute increments.  Is it possible to change this?  We have some sessions starting 20 minutes past the hour and I don't want to confuse people (or presenters) 

Hello!I have a website that has a booking form and I'd like to import the next 4 weeks of recurring meetings from my Zoom account into it dynamically without having to update the events manually each and every time there's an update.The website is built in Webflow and it doesn't support setting up recurring meetings by default. Is it possible to integrate the events times or somehow reflect them into the website form?Would really appreciate some advice on this, thanks!

Windows 11 computer audio music (iTunes) not playing on zoom but microphone works.Computer audio does work on share screen (advanced tab) but it used to work naturally without needing to share screen.How can we get computer audio into Zoom without using share screen?

I'm having issues connecting to streaming.  Used to be fine.  I use Re-stream to connect to both Facebook and Youtube for a live show.  Now, more than not, it stops and doesn't go thru.  It says I don't have permission to stream.  I've gone to Re-stream, deleted Facebook and added it back...which has worked in the recent past.  But today didn't work.  I just don't know what the answer is!

Good Evening,I have a Zoom Events license, and I'm trying to setup an event with both free and paid ticket types.However, during the setup process, in the Basic Information page, I'm only seeing the "free ticket type" option. The paid ticket type appears to be unavailable altogether. Can anyone explain what the issue might be?

I'm lecturing on color with a Macbook, but ZOOM distorts the colors of the presentation a lot, making them whitish. I used to read normal colors from a PC. But on Mac it's a problem. Who knows the reason?
