Hi everyone, I was reviewing a cloud recording and needed to trim a section of it. However, when I clicked on the "Trim" button after selecting the portion to keep, I received an error message stating that "You have exceeded the rate limit (5 times during 12 hours) for trim this recording. Please try again later." But I am in an urgent situation. Can anyone suggest any other methods for me to trim the recording on Zoom? Thank you in advance for any guidance! 

 I have an upcoming event and none of my special role tickets can register - it always only says "invited." I invited paying attendees and they can register, but my speakers/moderator cannot. Am I missing something?

We ran a small Zoom Event with about 60 staff before we run it with a larger number of attendees. We set the background centrally. The issue was that the background worked fine for some speakers, but for other speakers we had issues like face disappearing, face having a blue hue, etc. Our default video meeting software for work meetings is Microsoft Teams.

Does anyone know if you are able to remove this text from the Registration page when working in Zoom events - "Only users located on this list of countries and regions can register for this event."

I keep trying to adjust my registration questions and then click "save all" but it isn't saving. I have logged out and logged back in, but they still don't want to save. Has anyone else experienced this, and what's a workaround? 

I have been asked to live stream a presentation on Zoom and live to a facebook page. I am able to stream to Facebook, but I cannot select the correct page. I am an admin on 5 Facebook Pages, but only one shows up whenI attempt to connect through zoom. How do I make the others visible?

When I try to stream into a FB group (I am the admin), I'm only offered the option of going live to my different audiences, but no groups appear as options.  I am trying to do this from my Windows Laptop. Do you have any idea how I can get the FB groups I am the admin for to appear as options for Live streaming, please? Is it a setting on FB or within Zoom?!

Hey! I have a monthly paid zoom and don't have the ability to add co host on my account when doing a call and I'm not able to stream live to FB. I've googled and watched YouTube on maybe a setting I was missing and I don't have all the options...Any Suggestions?

I am trying to use the side-by-side feature while doing a PowerPoint presentations. My wife has the free version and she had side-by-side. I have the basic paid version and it is not there for me. Please help!

hello - we are having an issue with third party apps. We host meetings for participants who are outside of our organization; recording or transcribing through a third party app is strictly prohibited.  However, because our clients are outside of our organization, its impossible to restrict domains, nor can we issue them all their own zoom accounts. Is there a way to disable third party apps like otter ai, through administrative means?

hi all! making sure this isn't possible today: can you just have the timer visible to hosts only (so they know how much time they have for their section?) I don't want participants seeing the timer. (would be so unprofessional!) thanks!

How come my registrants that got a free ticket did not receive an email notification?3. How can you do a poll with an onZoom event?4. Why is onZoom not available to non-US?

I need to host a meeting starting at 1pm and I know its going to flow into my 2pm meeting.  Is that possible.  I can not have them merge at 2pm. Please advise - Thanks. 

hi can I still use the invite link for an online event if I don't have zoom? I have looked at help info on zoom and got no helpful information (chatbot) and my op system on my laptop doesn't work with/accept zoom. ..I'm sorry ,I just don't know how this works, lol...I did put the app on my phone, but it's their free version that only allows 40 minutes of time on it ,so I'm concerned that I may get booted off during the event...I'm not sure what to do

When registrant receives the confirmation email it is from my name <no-reply>@zoom.us.  Instead I would prefer the confirmation email it is from ZOOM <no-reply>@zoom.us.    

Hello all, I'm setting up my first event in 'Zoom Events'. I can see in Communications / Emails how to edit the templates for many emails, but not the one a delegate receives when starting the process of registering via email (not with a Zoom account). I asked Zoom support via chat but they couldn't solve it and said they would raise a ticket!Main issue for me is that the current style has white text on a white background, so I'm having to change them all. Second question - is it possible to apply a global change to the style of all email templates? This was what I thought might happen when I saw 'Global styling' but seemingly not as it only updates the single email template I'm in.Any tips gratefully received - many thanks, Chris

I have a Zoom One Pro with the Soom Events add-on. I am hosting a paid event next month and I am currently selling tickets for it. In the past, when someone bought a ticket they could purchase more than one, and at checkout enter each attendee's name and email address. However, with this new event, when someone goes to buy a ticket they cannot change the quantity. Each person can only buy one ticket. I have a company that wants to buy tickets for all of their employees but it won't let them buy more than 1 per transaction. They want to register everyone and only have one credit card charge. How can I allow one person to buy multiple tickets in one transaction for my Zoom Event?

It was pointed out to me by a client a day ago that Direct Join Links have a limitation not specified in the article here:Inviting speakers with a Direct Join LinkThe limitation is as follows: you can only create one Direct Join link per recipient email address at a time. Hi All, I'm setting up exhibitor profiles for a conference in Zoom Events. We are not using the expo function; we will just have the profiles with all the business details and downloadable docs, etc. When setting up the Exhibitor profile (Event Content tab> Exhibitors) there's an option to add in 'Links & Social Media' - Twitter handles etc. However, once saved these website, Facebook, LinkedIn details etc. do not show in the Exhibitor's profile in the lobby. Where are they displayed? Does anyone have a workaround to get them to appear on their profile, please?

I can't hear others, but they can hear me. I have the same problem with Teams. Everything was working great before, but all of a sudden the audio issue started. I have already checked for my audio settings, privacy, cleaned cookies, etc. What else can I try?

All...Using Apple Keynote for iOS to present to a Zoom session from an iPad.I want the other participants to see only my Keynote presentation slides & me (in the lower right corner).I.e., I don't want other participants to see my presenter's notes, but I want them on my screen.I've found two ways to accomplish this on Zoom if I'm using Keynote on macOS, but (as noted) I'm using Keynote for iOS on an iPad.Any ideas what I need to do?Thank you.
