Hello Zoom Community! As a Customer Success Manager, I meet with organizations daily that are struggling to scale their virtual events without sacrificing quality. I recently met with a client, Rachel, who manages large, high-profile quarterly town halls for her global executive team.   Rachel’s team was running into constant, high-stakes problems during the 10-minute window before going live: “Our biggest recurring issue,” Rachel told me, “is our executives. They are brilliant, but they are not tech people. They’d join the meeting a minute before showtime, and inevitably, someone’s microphone would be muted, or they wouldn’t have the right slides loaded. We had to fix these things live in the general room, and the hundreds of early attendees would witness the awkward fumbling. It looked completely unprofessional for a C-suite presentation.”

I can't get my zoom to allow annotations when screen sharing from an ipad, since all the students in my school use ipads this is a big problem.  Any way to share screen ipad to ipad and write on each others screen without using whiteboard, want to write on pdfs   thanks so much Andrew

I'm building a project hub in Zoom Docs for our ongoing client work.  This will replace Airtable as our PM platform, and I'm looking at ways to leverage automation to be more efficient and effective.I really like the task creation from AIC generated from meetings.  This would be even more useful if I could automatically port those tasks to the appropriate project and owner, based on the meeting being tied to the project and the assigned owner being on that project team.  I've tried using workflow bots and automation, but neither seems to address this issue.Has anyone been able to get this to work?  Is this a feature request or a lack of knowledge on my part?

How many hoops do I have to jump through to get support from Zoom? If I'm already logged into my Zoom account, why do I have to log in separately to Zoom support? It looks simple to click "Give Feedback," but then there is an entire page of instructions on how to get help. Then when you finally get to a form to submit feedback, you have to filter through 20+ different options so you can help Zoom figure out which tiny arm of their expansive corporate structure should receive your question.  Unreal. Hi Everyone, I'm leading a project to roll out Zoom telephony across a UK Council. The Voice and Contact Centre deployment has gone like a dream and now we started to move on to pushing out the Email part of ZCC. However we have hit an issue. When an agent tries to look back through an email thread with a customer/resident, the emails in the thread are sometimes repeated and also mixed up in terms of the times they were sent. Has anyone here deployed the Email part of ZCC yet. Would you be willing to share your experience?

Hi!I was looking to sign in to Zoom, but clicked the educator account at the bottom out of curiosity. I am now unable to sign in without being prompted to enter educator settings. Is there any way to disable this so I can just have a regular Zoom account again? I am currently using a different email to post this.I saw another post about this in January, and they had a number set up for support to contact them. Thank you!
