Zoom Chat: How to configure account settings By default, users are allowed to chat with others in Team Chat. Admins can configure Team Chat settings in the Zoom web portal at the account level for all users in the account or the group level for a specific group of users. Some settings are only available at the account level. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.Click the Team Chat tab  Adjust settings as needed in the following areas:SharingVisibilitySecurityStorageClick the toggle next to a setting to enable or disable it.(Optional) Click the lock icon    next to a setting to prevent users from changing this setting.Learn about available Team Chat settings.  

We have been experiencing serious lag in videos played in Zoom since February 28th. Before that time, we never had any issue with it. These are videos played during the same training by different trainers, using different computers, at different locations, all plugged into internet connections. (Not using wireless.) The lag is experienced by the attendees, but not the trainer playing the video. Audio is fine, but the picture is extremely jumpy. All the usual suspects are eliminated as all the trainers are experiencing it from different ISPs, locations, and computers.  Any idea what happening? Is there some issue with Zoom?

Hi Zoom Community - My first postI wrote an article in our Company Community - encouraging our teams to engage more in our meetings by having cameras on rather than off - To encourage team work, community and engagement. In the heart of a bustling office, one of my clients found themselves ensnared in the unending web of monotony. Week in, week out, they labored through the same product demos and sporadic user training webinars. The grind was relentless, with webinars piling up as frequently as twice a week, depending on the client's demands. Frustration was mounting, and a solution was desperately needed.In search of a better way to handle these recurring webinars, I introduced them to the concept of "Simulive." Simulive, short for "simulated live," is a game-changer in the world of webinars. I am not a developer. There is nothing I have created to work within my zoom account. But I got the message about the jwt deprecation. I apparently have one app that was jwt. It's the developer.zoom.us API I have no idea what this is or why I have it. I have tried emailing support and the answer wasn't helpful. They also closed the ticket so my response requesting more information isn't going anywhere. The support chat keeps asking me to rephrase the question. IM on the zoom facebook page has not responded. Can anyone here tell me if I need to take any action about this API?Thanks!

My journey to learn the Spanish language was fueled by a deep passion, and it led me to a local language school. I immediately enrolled and took the opportunity to start my learning journey. Initially, our instructor relied solely on a presentation deck, but my suggestion to use the Whiteboard for collaboration was met with enthusiasm from the entire class. The Zoom Whiteboard allowed us to share our work, correct mistakes easily, and foster a collaborative learning environment. However, there came a point when we were informed of a switch to another video conferencing platform. In my opinion, this was a significant misstep. The new platform was web-based, had terrible audio quality, and ate up over 30 minutes of our time just to address audio issues.
