Je travaille dans une administration publique, dans laquelle un compte zoom au nom d'une personne avait été acheté. Cette personne a aujourd'hui quitté l'administration, nous souhaiterions donc que le compte zoom acheté soit transférer sur mon compte. cela est-il possible ? Merci

Hello,I have a question and need help, nobody there to email about tWe had our credit card stolen and didn't see the automatic payment didn't go throw for 2 monthsWe have now paid the 2 months from the past but the payment plan that was before got deactivated and no way to have the same deal that was active last year. Hello,My zoom one pro is set to expire on the 9th and I wanted to know at what time does that happen? Do I have the whole 9th to use it?

 

I signed up for my Zoom Pro account today. My understanding is that I would receive a total of 9 licenses. I'm only using 1 at the moment. I went to add another user who I would like to be licensed and received a notification that this person would be a basic user because I had no additional licenses. I'm confused about how that is possible. When will my additional licenses kick in?

How can I hav contact with somebody  who has an answer to my problem.

I have a basic plan, but just noticed that today Zoom billed through paypal $295  - 8/18 - and then looked back at July and I was charged $293... I am on a free plan... what is Zoom charging this amount a month for?  I cannot even find any product that they charge ANYONE that much money.  Will check with paypal tomorrow but wondering if anyone else is having this issue.

I'm trying to update my card payment as the current one expires soon.  I'm a UK subscriber with a pro accountWhen I fill in details of the new card and press "change card" below message pops up followed by an endless loop where nothing happens  I've tried this several times  The address on my account is a full UK address, unchanged Required Field Not Completed: State/Province

Hello Zoom community.  My business is about to enable the Zoom IQ feature on a trial basis for several people within the company to test.  Once it is enabled, does the trial simply end at the end date or do we start automatically getting billed for the service? Thank you.

Dear community,I paid to zoom one at 29 July for one month, I canceled it because I only need it until 29 August,by today 18 Aug 23, ZOOM already put my account into basic .. suppose my subscription is until 29 august 23 right?  I don't know how to report this error... is this because of a different subscription with Zoom whiteboard? and I cannot email ZOOM support either.. regards,

Zoom has revoked my two paid annual subscription licenses without notice. Zoom billing confirms payments were made successfully in April 2023 with renewal in April 2024. Customer support tells me they saw me sharing licenses and so the system revokes my licenses automatically. There was no policy change notification (I shared my license once in August 2022 without issue) I checked them all. I'm a nerd and save them. Zoom did not warn me of this policy change. Zoom did not notify me that they revoked my paid annual subscriptions. I have no access to my paid annual subscriptions -- value €78 -- for 30 days. Without any notice from Zoom. They just tell me to buy more licenses -- not how many, not why -- just buy more stuff from us. Even customer support had no information other than: buy more licenses and you'll get your access back. Can they do this?Thi

I got a request to take a zoom call for an interview..It says my normal zoom site is not valid(even though I just got off a zoom conference) & that I need to sign up for a zoom government site..when I call support hey ask for my id numbers from my profile page..when I give them the numbers ...they say I don't exist..and hang up they refuse to speak...what do I do?
