I want to get my billing invoice.I know that I can get my billing invoice through my setting, but My original ZOOM ID was restricted by error code 1003.So, I cannot log-in my original ZOOM ID and I cannot get my billing invoice.Please Give my billing invoice....

Hi! We already cancel an add-on that cost 100USD that was charged per month. This add-on was added to the Annual Pro Plan that we paid. Are Zoom still going charge us for this add-on while we have the annual plan? Or are we just done with the charges with the cancellation? Thanks in advance😁.

It has been THREE weeks and still BASIC and money has left my bank account, I have an email and an invoice showing I paid for a PRO account.  Customer service is and has been zero help with the issue.  Today, another phone call later, I get told to send the email with the invoice to them and they will fix the account.  I get an email after sending them the required/requested invoice a few hours later telling me....."Thanks for contacting Zoom Support. It appears this ticket has been closed. If this request still requires assistance or if you have a new issue, visit https://support.zoom.us." ABSOLUTELY STILL NOT FIXED!!!  And this is not a problem of assigneing a user (however I did try that option as recommended) but the CS reps keep telling me they have no proof I paid for the PRO account - what am I to do to get someone who will fix this!!!!!!???????

I have a basic account and I didn't intend to set up 2FA. Now I cannot find where the Zoom authenticator code is being sent (no hints, no nothing). I cannot find a Recovery Code for the account NO MATTER WHERE I LOOK, and I cannot submit a ticket for support because it is only a basic account.  The only way I could get into THIS Community was to set up a new Zoom basic account (WITHOUT 2FA) with a different email account. OF COURSE this is not ideal, as I have literally DOZENS of upcoming meetings scheduled through the other account.  I cannot even upgrade the account to Pro to get the necessary support because I cannot sign into that account! I have a buttload of meetings coming up and I really need to be able to log in and out of my main account! I do NOT have a 'pro' account but need access to my original basic account STAT. One of my meetings starts in 45 minutes! 

CHECK FOR BOGUS AUTO-RENEWALS. I have a basic pro zoom account. I did not select auto renewal when I switched from monthly payments to a single annual subscription in January 2022. My plan expired on Jan 10th, 2023. I did not receive an auto renewal notice – or any communication from Zoom at all regarding any matter. Zoom is attempting to collect (a lot more than I paid last year) for an annual subscription that was not agreed-to. This is Day 2, and Federal Law requires a 3-day cooling off period. I contacted an agent via online chat to switch to monthly payments instead. The Zoom agent -- "Kennan" --  refused to make any changes until my "unpaid balance" was settled.  Finally I insisted that my account be terminated; he advised that I follow the steps to cancel the subscription. Hi everyone Last week, I lost my credit card and cancelled it. The new card has arrived, but I haven't even opened the letter. Meaning, I have not updated any website, or zoom, with my new credit card details. This morning, my subscription to whiteboard, automatically charged me on the NEW credit card.How is this even possible? I never updated Zoom with my credit card details. I was able to get in touch with support, and they cancelled the subscription (I don't use whiteboard). But how on earth did they know my new credit card details?  Is there some kind of agreement with banks to pass on subscriptions from one credit card to a new one? I just don't get it. The invoice clearly has the last 4 digits of my new credit card. It's very weird. Has anyone else had this experience? Cheers,Ronnie 

Hello, I can't login to my pro account as the email associated with the account no longer exists so I can't receive a verification email. So this means I can't access tech support either. I need to be able to log in so I can change the email associated with the account. Any suggestions thanks?

 I currently hold a Zoom Pro License set to expire next February (2024) for a single user.Recently, while attempting to add another user, I mistakenly acquired a new license. As soon as I realized my error, I promptly canceled the new license. However, since then, Zoom has downgraded all my benefits, even though I have a valid contract in place until February.This situation has presented significant challenges with my clients as I've lost access to many features. At this time, I have no plans to purchase a new license before February. I need the problem solved.I already opened a few tickets at the contact center, and had no answer, and worse, when I called, I received a message that my plan can't access this "benefit".    

I create zoom accounts for our users.  I was able to create a new account for an employee. However, when the employee logged in to activate, it indicated her account was locked for 30 minutes. I unlocked the account but have never seen that before. What is the reason for a newly created account to be locked? 

Hello! I stopped using the paid version that I subscribed to at the end of the expiry date, without canceling it, and I continue to receive "payment declined" messages when I canceled the subscription in the meantime. How can I also cancel the payment order? Thankx in advance!

iPad. running iOS 17.1.1 and Zoom 5.16.10 I am finding that the ambient sound being suppressed under this setting.Three weeks ago when I did have the ability to choose ‘ original sound’ from more menu I did not experience this issue. How I get back to true original sound being broadcast to my audience??

I was trying to switch my account from US -> AUS I clicked cancel and it did not give me the options to add a plan. So I clicked "Reactivate". And now I can't edit the plan. It says I need to contact support but it's been 3 business days and there's no response. I'm heading overseas soon and won't be able to resolve this while I'm overseas. Seems crazy that Zoom's system just removes the ability to stop paying them money. Any idea how I can resolve this?

Hi,The title sums it up... I've been charged 3 times for a "pro" account (and I have invoices for each payment) and yet my account is a basic one : my meetings ends after 40 mins and can't open a ticket (meaning : I have absolutely no possibility of contact to any customer service). To be fair : I open 2 tickets but they are not being taken into consideration (no one replies nor reads them).Really not happy (obviously) and wondering about the legality of all this... So I try here to see if I can get some attention

I got this error on my Zoom phone if I call my relatives they show me I can't make a call because the admin does not permit me but I am the owner of the account how do I get permission???

I am trying to add a new user to my account yet when I hit invite she does not receive the email invitation.  She also does not receive it when I hit resend.  It is not getting caught in the spam filter.  Do you have any thoughts to what might be going on and can we set up this account any other way? Thanks

Good morning, I was wondering, why the monthly subscription is 7,50euro and Zoom in the last months billed me 18,29euro from August??Moreover why is impossible to receive support from an Human that is not a virtual machine? 

Whenever my internet is disconnected, my login session on Zoom expires on my laptop and mobile and I have to enter the login details again. Is there a way that I don't have to enter the details again and Zoom is auto-login once the internet is connected? I am only log into Zoom from two places: my laptop and my mobile.

I use Mac Ventura and iPad Pro iOSZoom's user account switching isn't account switching.  It is logging out then logging back in with a different user ID & pw.  What I need is true account switching so that I can switch from one user profile (company A) to a different profile (company B), which I can do in some other collaboration applications.  Zoom's SSO doesn't solve the problem because Zoom relies on Google, Microsoft  etc to provide the actual SSO, then Zoom anchors to the Google, Microsoft, and companies' rules won't accept that. Perhaps an interim logout/login step would be to enable zoom login to link to the Mac OS keychain, to use Face ID or fingerprint, as many Mac applications do.  That would save a ton of time, but this isn't account switching.Either of these would address the many other comments that have been posted.  Please Zoom, get this sorted.  It is such a pain for corporate users.   Than
