lenovoを使いzoomをしているのですが、ビデオの画面が横になります。回転のボタンで治りますが以前は普通でした。先日zoomのアップデートを行ってからおかしくなっています。解決策を教えてください。

When in a zoom meeting my screen will freeze and audio goes out for about a minute at a time every 10 minutes or so. This happens on my iphone and my laptop. What could the problem be? My internet connection or my devices or something with Zoom?My husband thinks it's the laptop and wants to know the specs needed for a laptop to work with zoom properly. Suggestions or help please.Thanks!Joy

How can I make sure I have installed all updates?  I was unable to find a meeting when I was sent the link by the host (I clicked on the link and it didn't take me to the meeting) and he/she said that I may need to update my zoom account? 

if you have a message or in the chat if you didn't send it yet and you closed the chat window there should be a popup  if you want to send it or delete it every app has this

I cannot find the recording for this. There should be 3 sessions Oct 19, 20, 21. Once found I also need to know how I can edit it (need to break it up by presenter).Thank you!

I accidently selected switch accounts when asked to join someone else account by them.   How do I reverse this?

Hello guys, Can you please confirm if Zoom holds logs of the records that are destroyed after their retention period expires? And if so how long it holds these records for?  We wouldn’t need to know the details of every individual record that was destroyed- just the total number of records and the date they were destroyed.  Regards,FRESSOMBA

Is it possible to record and display ALL participants in gallery view, not just the ones with video enabled? My last meeting had 25 participants in gallery view but the recording only showed the 9 that had video enabled. Thanks

My audio isn't working at all on any of my Zoom meetings. I noticed that it first started whenever I was joining a meeting from someone else's generated link but now it's happening on the meetings that I host as well. I've done the system checks for the mics on my notebook recommended by Zoom but to no avail. I can hear everyone else just fine. My video works just fine. But for some reason no one can hear me at all. I have several meetings that I need to host today. Can someone please help?! Sincerely,Steven
