I recently received a message from zoom: "Your Payment Method on file is expiring at the end of this month! [...] Please update your payment method in your billing portal before the end of the month in order to avoid losing any of your paid features." My plan is expiring on March 18, 2024, I still plan to use it those first 2,5 months next year and I don't want to extend it for the following year. That is why I don't want to update my credit card information because it will not be necessary anymore after that date. BUT I don't want to lose any of my paid features before March 18. Does anyone know what does the above statement from zoom mean? Does it mean: a] If I don't update my payment method, I will lose my paid features with the end of 2023? OR: b] If I don't update my payment method, I will lose my paid features on March 19, 2024? And if a] is true, does anyone know how to contact zoom sales people directly as I believe such treatment would

Since my subscription fee was monthly paid on December 7, 2023, and the expiration date is January 7, 2024. When I changed the payment from monthly to yearly on December 17, 2023, my expiration date was updated to December 16, 2024. I thought it should be till January 6, 2025. cloud you advise why there is no membership from December 17, 2024, to January 6, 2025? Please help to clarify this subscription date issue.

I followed the process to change the email address on my basic account and received the email to confirm the change. Unfortunately there was no prompt to remove the 2 factor authentication first, and I can no longer login. The authenticator app is connected to my old email address so it doesn't recognise the codes. I don't have recovery codes.I can't do a password reset as it wants a code.I can't contact support directly as it's a basic account.I can't upgrade the account as I can't login.Chatbot is useless. How can I get it reset?

Hi Guys, My Zoom client has not been used for a while because it cannot log in to the account.Another issue is that it uses webmail whose hosting is currently not renewed. After I tried to renew the hosting and webmail to the new account, I attempted to reset the password for the Zoom account using the registered email. However, multiple times I did not receive the verification email from Zoom. I have already set up a whitelist for Zoom emails and IP addresses based on the instructions found on the Zoom blog, but I still cannot receive the verification email. Has anyone experienced the same issue? I appreciate your assistance. Anyway, my Zoom client is using Zoom Premium. Thank you.

hi, I had an invoice paid yesterday for 16 $, for the period till Jan 10ththen I wanted to cancel my subscription, system suggested to downgrade plan to basic plus, I made it by mistake. then I've cancelled subscription again - but!instead of cancelling my subscription from Jan 10th (I thought it will be basic pro starting from Jan 10th and I'm cancelling this plan) it downgraded me from Pro to basic pro and canceled this subscription. Now situation:I paid 16 $ and have basic pro for 6$ expiring on Jan 10th.so the question - what to do to have Pro till Jan 10th?

So ive just upgraded my account again to Pro . I sign in with my google mail account. After paying i recieved the notification to my personal email . When i then logged on again zoom has created a new account with my gmail adress and i cant get back to my original account with the upgrade. Any suggestions?

Hello! I have a business account connected to an email that was closed. I can't login on that email and I can't cancel my zoom subscription because they always ask me for a code on that email. It is impossible to contact zoom staff directly... Please could you help me? Thank you

My company has a Zoom Pro account that we all use to schedule calls with partners. The account was created by an ex-employee, with the ex-employee's email address. I have a zoom one and zoom phone subscription. I don’t use the zoom phone anymore and I want to cancel the zoom phone and the remove auto renew from zoom one. Zoom has refused insisting that I have an annual subscription for zoom phone. I don’t, my annual subscription is for zoom one. They have refused to remove the auto renewal as well. I have never seen anything like this, being forced to continue with a product at the end of a subscription period. They have emailed a contact they claimed I signed in September but it was the zoom one contract signed in January 2023. I need my zoom phone cancelled and I do not want to auto renew the zoom one In January. They have refused to respond and continue to charge me, is this how zoom operates? @members

Hi Ray,I purchased the Large Meeting/500 capacity in March for work trainings. I noticed on one of the trainings that the room capacity capped out at 300. This made me check my Zoom plan to make sure it was actually 500 (not 300). I start and end meetings so I'm always the host.  Would you know why the room capacity capped out at 300 during that training?  We are hosting another training this month that will have 300+ attendees and I want to make sure it doesn't cap out again. Thanks so much! Kathy
