I don't know if somebody encounter the same problem, that is I can't log in zoom by Facebook suddenly. ¿Does anyone know how to solve the problem?Thanks very much beforehand. The pop up window said: Actualmente, esta aplicación no está disponible y el desarrollador está al corriente del problema. Podrás iniciar sesión cuando esta se reactive.  I am not sure if I press some button wrong, but today I just can't log in zoom by Facebook, and I have tried all means to log in, and the zoom service always asks me to go to the front page, which is exactly where I used to log in, and can't. I also aked chat service to ask ai, but they only said that I need to go to the front page.  Can someone help me? Thanks for reading the message. I appreciate every help.  Isabella Wang.   

Hi, thanks for providing nice serivce.I wanna log in with my face book ID  But the zoom shows the the facebook deactivated with zoom.how can I solve this problem. I really wanna solve this. thanks

I purchased 3 licensed Webinar 1000, but now I no longer need that much, I want to keep 1 licensed Webinar account only. However, on March 22, Zoom issued the invoice for 3 licensed Webinar 1000 (I forgot to cancel before March 22) I cannot pay that much. So I refused to pay the invoice, is there any suggestion for my case?

Hi! I created a new zoom account in error while trying to upgrade, only to realize there was a typo in the email address. As such, i am unable to log into this newly created account, and it is connected to my credit card now and a subscription is being charged, which i need to be cancelled. Is it possible to have the payment processed emails sent directly to our accounting department and not to me, the user on the Zoom account? Please say yes! How to do this?

Hello. Every time I open up my zoom client on my windows PC, I see a message which says my credit card info has expired" So I go to the website and re-enter my credit card into and hit submit. It accepts it just fine and the mesage goes away. A day or two later, the message re-appears. I've checked and double-checked the credit card information and it is all correct. I've tried reaching out to customer support but apparently my account doesn't allow me to do that, which is incredibly annoying.  I'm happy to give Zoom money if they will only let me.  Can someone help me determine if I'm doing something wrong on my end?  -Dave

This decision was initially made under the assumption that it was not possible to host multiple meetings simultaneously from a single account.However, I have recently come across information suggesting that it is indeed feasible to conduct different meetings at the same time using just one account. I would greatly appreciate it if you could confirm the accuracy of this information. Specifically, I am interested in knowing whether a single Pro account can be used to host multiple concurrent meetings.Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.

Hi, I cannot succeed with transferring ownership for the account. When sending code for verification it doesn't come to email. 

Hi I’m looking for advice as I have contacted Zoom numerous times and just gets the same response which does not address the issue. I paid to renew my Pro subscription at the end of January, before my contract expired. Despite this Zoom downgraded my account. The payment shows on my account as a credit less £9 or so. Each time I contact Zoom they just say renew my account. They ignore the £146 credit on my account. I have tried to renew my account but when I do so it does not credit me the £146 so I do not want to renew until the £146 is credited or refunded, but Zoom are ignoring correspondence sent via their help line. Advice as how to resolve this is much appreciated.

I've been with Zoom through workinglive since 2020, and have always had the enterprise account which allowed for unlimited time and up to 500 attendees. Last week, unexpectedly, zoom downgraded my plan to Basic with no explanation and I can't get any response from Zoom. Has anyone else had this issue?

Im trying to set up my account so that anyone without a zoom account can join my zooms, is this something that can only do on a pro account or am i able to set this up using the free zoom account, cheers

En marzo contratamos el servicio de zoom, y siempre se imputaba el pago a la tarjeta de crédito, pero después de julio me rechaza la tarjeta. I added a new Zoom One Pro user to my account and it prompted me to set up the new account by sending an email to the new user. I put in the wrong address and I dont see where i can redo my error.  The only place to my knowledge where you can add users is in the "Setup Guide" section on the left side menu. Does anybody know how to fix this? Thank you!

To user the Google calendar link in Zoom apps, Zoom now REQUIRES "Zoom wants additional access to your Google Account" BUT DOES NOT DEFINE WHAT OTHER ACCESS/DATA IT WANTS TO SUCK IN!   WHAT IS THIS NEW SECRET DATA REQUIREMENT?
