Zoom should be awarded for WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Greetings!
We are a school and recently many of our students have received a message that says Access Blocked: Your instructions admin needs to review Zoom
Our Admin did their best to review but unfortunately, the problem is still not solved.
Sent several tickets and now it is 96 hours and yet to hear from Zoom.
Wow, during payment time Zoom followed very fast but now we are a customer for three years, and yet we get this WORST SUPPORT
