Is it possible to move users to another zoom account? We would like to move 4 users from account b to account a and then discontinue account b. We have 3 Zoom One Business users and 1 Zoom Webinars user. The Zoom Webinars has scheduled meetings for the next three months. Thank you for any assistance

I do not use one of my licenses and I wanted to remove it. I got to customer service, which was horrible, but he said he adjusted it and will only be billed for one. I have given it two weeks and it still says I'm going to be billed for both. There's no edit button on the phone like there is for zoom one. I've tried to contact support and just get caught in an endless bot chat.    Any help is appreciated.

Confirmation of change of email address - no access to old account. Can someone tell me how to get a confirmation email to the new account? I do not have access to the old account anymore.  

Is it possible to cancel the auto-renewal subscription after the termination period (when it has already been prolongrated) und will the annual payment be refunded in this case? And why Zoom doesn't notify their users in advance that the subscription will be automatically prolongated unless cancelled by the last day of the current subscription?

we are facing an issue with our credit card. It takes a time to solve 10-15 days. But our due date is Jan 10, 2023. So how many days shall we use the service without payment?

je ne comprends pas  dès que je me suis inscrite à zoom payant il était annoncé  une facture de 13 euros 99ce qui est toujours le cas sauf que en réalité  on me retire à chaque fois 16 euros 79est ce votre cas     ???   est-ce normal     ???merci pour vos réponses

Hello friends, I had been using Zoom for a couple of years joining in people talks. that was I had a free account, then. but last year I thought, I might try to do some talks myself so I bought a paid one. but I never used it much or and I wasn't successful at it. As it happened I had to change my bank account, it got hacked. so this year after my paid account finished and Zoom, couldn't get their money, They keep sending me emails saying to pay. ? How can I tell them I have no need for a paid account? Can someone advise me pls, and I hope that I still can Join other zoom rooms without trouble? Thanks for your help in advance .email address *********** thanks Abla  

I'm trying to create an account to one new employee and I've tried a several time but I never receiving the email with the verification code to be able to create the account. We are more than 20 people and all goes well with all other account but this one bother me.... I can't try with another email address because he have only one name 🙂 and it's impossible that someone else already have this email address because it's in relation with our company name.   Just to make sure to not receive this answer, yes I already looked into the spam !!!   Thanks for any solution since it's impossible to talk to someone from Zoom. Only the poor robot chat.......

I have two accounts-a free one with my personal email address, and one for work with my work email address. In my work account profile, I have my work email address listed. Despite this, when I schedule meetings through my work account, it still sends the invitation from my personal email address. How do I get Zoom to send the invitation from my work email address? Hola, Me pueden explicar algo por favor, tengo muchas dudas, hoy retome mi plan de 15 us estaba trabajando con el plan gratuito. Y como antes ya  tenía este plan, sabía que  tiene tiempo ilimitado, y hoy que volví a contratar me di cuenta que solo tiene 40 minutos de tiempo.  No se si es porque aun no se actualiza y eso se demora o si ahora ese plan tiene solo 40 minutos. Hello everyone, My account is linked to an old email that was hacked and I no longer have acces... So everytime I tryed to log in it asks me a "verification code" THAT I NO LONGER HAVE access... what can I do??? Every option that I searched on the internet tells me to log in first (🙎🙎)   HELPP

Hi Guys, I'm needing to change my card details and cannot find the path through billing to do what should be a simple task! I need to know what this would be called, and preferably a simple step by step process from login to getting to the desired location to allow the changes to be made. Can anyone assist please?  

Why dont we get our invoices i paid in full last year but still had to pay in in january.still waiting for a response .

Anyone know how I can update my software?  It is saying I have to update, but an IT specialist is required.  It wont let me log in, so support wont help me because they require your meeting ID in order to help you.  Sales transfers me to billing.  And billing hasn't answered the phone.  I am currently locked out.  I am the only user/admin on my account, so there is no "IT specialist" I can lean on.  There appears to be no downloads option in my user profile.

Hey guys, i wanna ask, how to fix account disabled. My account got disabled without reason. I was sign in my account and let it open, and i open my zoom settings on google.
