Can't log in - Help

Hello everyone,
My account is linked to an old email that was hacked and I no longer have acces... So everytime I tryed to log in it asks me a "verification code" THAT I NO LONGER HAVE access... what can I do??? Every option that I searched on the internet tells me to log in first (🙎🙎)

You can submit a request to Zoom Support by selecting "Billing and Account Management" as the request type. When submitting a request, enter the following information:
