AI Companion

Prior to enabling Meeting Summary with AI Companion feature by default across the company, I enabled it on my account to test with.   I have hosted multiple meetings, I turn it on, it prompts all participates to let them know, and after the meeting I receive the e-mail summary....but no one else does.  In my personal AI Companion settings, I have the share summary with 'Only myself and meeting invitees in our organization' checked, and have also used the 'All meeting invitiees' option as well just to be sure.  We use SSO integration and everyone has their sign-in e-mail defined accordingly. Can't seem to find a way to get it to e-mail the other people.  It only appears to e-mail the summary to me (the host).

I've used zoom meetings since 2014 but never got anything more.  I'm interested in starting to use it's other features.  Reading instructions does nor work for me.  Ant suggestions and links to demo videos that will help to clarify things for me?

Hi, we've just started trialling the meeting summary with AI companion however, one of our early users has found that even though Share Summary with only me (Meeting host) is selected, the summary has been shared with all participants.Is there some other setting that overrides the share settings or is this a fault?

Hey all - I turned on AI Companion for a group call and it never sent me notes and I don't see them in my Zoom AI Companion tab. This has happened a few times before. Am I missing a step I should have done to have AI Companion save the notes and email them to me? Thanks!

I use Zoom AI Summaries for all my meetings and have found them really helpful. However, when I log into Zoom and look at the Zoom AI Companion tab for my list of summaries, many are matched with the wrong date. For example, I click on the summary in my list that is supposed to be for Feb 25, but when I open it, I get the summary from Jan 26. Is there a fix for this? It makes it really challenging to find the correct meeting summary easily. Thanks

I see there is new AI language in the terms & agreements. How does that impact the HIPPA compliance considerations? How does the AI ignore the PHI? I haven't been able to get int touch with actual support, but would need a legal answer on this from Zoom.

I Have the Ai companion enabled on my  web base account. I hosted a recorded meeting yesterday that the Ai companion was not enabled and did not do the summary. The only thing I can think that happened was that this meeting time and date had to be moved. I use Microsoft outlook to do this,  Has anyone else had this happen and if so how did you prevent and fix it 

Hi, We are looking to enable Zoom Companion for the whole company, but we don't manage to figure out our way to govern it. Is there a way to export the companion data that was sent to the AI providers and the one that is brought back by the models to any type of SIEM solution?  Thanks, Os 

Hello, I am working at my company's IT department and am collecting questions for our users' reference. If the original creator of the meeting were to assign another individual as an alternative host with AI Companion/Meeting Summary on, will the alternative host receive a meeting summary in addition to the original host? Thanks!

Meeting Summary was turned on automatically for my meeting.  Recording was turned on manually a few minutes after the meeting started.  I've received an email telling me how to access the video, audio and chat for the meeting.  AI Companion "catch up" did work during the meeting.  It is now more than an hour since the meeting ended.  I see where to access the summary, https://us02web.zoom.us/user/meeting/summary#/list, but it is grayed out.   Is a delay in generating the summary normal?  Should I expect it to show up eventually?

GM! I am an account owner and would like to add the AI Companion feature to my meetings. However, in the admin panel, of all the available functions, I have only "Smart Recording with AI Companion". Other features are missing, although I have a Zoom One Pro subscription that should include them.

I am an admin for our company Zoom account, and wanted to turn on Zoom AI just on my account, but not any other accounts within the organization. Is this possible? I turned on some of the switches and now under the "AI Companion Management" I am seeing recordings of others within the organization and I do not want access to those (seems like an invasion of privacy).  What exact switches should I turn on so that zoom ai companion is enabled, you have to opt in for every call you start and I can only see my own recordings in the AI Companion Management?

We've been generating meeting summaries for many of our meetings over the last couple of months and in the Meeting Summary list under Account Management | AI Companion Management, the Date column is wrong for a good number of them. It will show, for example, February 17 for a meeting that happened on January 18 and February 13 for a meeting on January 14. Not all meetings but definitely enough to be noticeable, at least 25%. When I click into the summary, the correct date shows at the top. It's just the list itself that shows incorrectly.

Hi I can't unlock the companion. I'm logged in as the owner but all I see if 'locked by admin'. I've tried everything suggested in the thread I found on this topic (another browser, incognito window, restart) but I get the same thing every time.What am i missing? 

Has anyone using the Smart Chapters feature found that it now creates FEWER chapters than before? And that the generated description text is less specific?   I have been using this since it rolled out last fall, and was happy with the results: After a little light cleanup, my chapters were ready to go. Now, I get one huge chapter (usually the entire recording), described the exact same text that is used in the "Summary" text.   Is this feature going backward? Has the AI been "dumbed down?" Or am I missing something here?

Is the AI Companion Meeting Summary ITAR and/or EAR/EAR99 compliant?

Hi, This week I recorded two meeting and I'm pretty sure I launched the AI companion, but I never received the transcript. Is there any way to ask the AI companion to produce a summary for an existing recording? Also, can the AI companion be started after a meeting has started and a recording has started? It seems to me that the summaries I didn't get were for recordings where I launched the AI tool while the meeting was already ongoing. Thanks, L
