Whiteboard, Notes, and Calendar crash seconds after opening

Based on the diagnostic results, the issue is related to the Microsoft WebView2 Runtime, which Zoom relies on to render features such as Home, Meetings, Chat, Whiteboard, Notes, and Calendar.

We recommend checking the following:

1. Verify that Microsoft WebView2 Runtime is installed correctly and up to date.
   Zoom depends on the Microsoft WebView2 Runtime provided by the operating system. Please ensure it is installed successfully and that the version is current. If necessary, repair or reinstall it using Microsoft's official installer:

2. Confirm that WebView2 is functioning properly.
   The diagnostic logs indicate that WebView2 fails during the instance creation stage (CreateFailed), which typically means the runtime is missing, corrupted, or cannot be initialized correctly.
3. Check whether any security software is blocking WebView2.
   Endpoint security products (such as Symantec Endpoint Protection, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, etc.) may prevent the WebView2 process from starting. Please verify that msedgewebview2.exe and the related WebView2 components are not being blocked. If necessary, add them to the security software's allowlist (whitelist) and test again.

Since Zoom relies on the Microsoft WebView2 Runtime, the runtime must be able to start normally for these features to work correctly.
