Looking to start using the Whiteboard feature on our licensed accounts however clicking 'New' whiteboard just displays 'internal server error' (see attached image) and nothing happens. Have tried logging out and logging in. Any ideas of how to use the feature?
Update: Partially resolved, while clicking 'New' doesn't appear to work and still shows the 'internal server error' message, in the background the whiteboard is being created. We discovered that by clicking on 'Whiteboard' from our profile in the top righthand corner (see attached) that takes us to the dashboard where the whiteboard instances are being created. A work around!
