The Download button is not working on version 2.4 on Windows 7
Hi community,
I am using the system today and encountered an issue where the screen freezes upon downloading a report. Here are the details:
- Use case: Trying to download the monthly report.
- Steps taken: Logged into the system, clicked on "Report", and then clicked the "Download" button.
- Error message: No error message pops up, but nothing happens. The screen just freezes completely.
- Troubleshooting done: I have tried using an Incognito window and clearing the browser cache (Ctrl + F5), but the issue persists.
- Environment details:
- Browser: Google Chrome (Latest version compatible)
- Operating System: Windows 7
Could anyone please help me fix this or check if there is a server-side issue?
