The Download button is not working on version 2.4

Hi community,
I am using the system today and encountered an error.

• Use case: Trying to download the monthly report.
• Steps taken: Clicked on "Report", then clicked the "Download" button.
• Error message: No error message pops up, but nothing happens. The screen just freezes.

Please help me fix this. Thank you!
