how to set white virtual background for a meeting

I need to make a zoom recording of myself speaking with a white background.  The support chatbot seems to think that I can go to the "none" option, and set the background as white. But when I set the virtual background to "none," I just see the room I am in.   Nothing like a option for white or any other color shows up on my desktop app.

    Dear @BLShep ,
    It seems that the option for just setting the background color does not exist anymore for virtual backgrounds.
    One simple workaround would be, to generate a white picture and upload it as your virtual background.
    If you google, you will probably even find ready made monchromatic background pictures.

    Another solution could be to use AI Companion and instruct it to create a white background. Maybe one of the results could fit your needs.

    And a third option could be, to use the background filters that might be offered by your Operating System on some modern hardware.
    E.g., if you are on a modern mac: Once you started a video call, you will see a green camera icon in the top bar. If you click there, Mac OS can create backgrounds for you, that would then be applied to all compatible video call or conferencing applications (so you need to remember to turn it off again, when you do not need it anymore).
