How can I use the whiteboard

If you can’t reach Zoom Whiteboard, it’s usually because the feature isn’t enabled for your account or you’re not signed in to the right Zoom account.

Try these steps:

1. Make sure you’re signed in

• Open the Zoom Workplace app and confirm you’re signed in (profile icon should show your account).

2. Check whether Whiteboard is enabled for you

• If you’re on a work/managed account, your admin may need to grant you access to Whiteboard.
• Ask your Zoom account admin to enable the Whiteboard feature/permissions for your user.

3. Where to open Whiteboard (common entry points)

• In the Zoom Workplace app, look for Whiteboards (or Whiteboard) in the left navigation, or
• During a meeting, use the meeting controls to open the Whiteboard (if enabled).
