Zoom webinar audio not recorded while using Movavi Recorder

I am using windows 11 and Movavi software suit which has Movavi Screen recorder. Movavi records video and audio from non zoom platforms but does not record audio (only video is visible). Suprisingly, the audio was recorded sometimes but did not record most of the time because of which I have lost many education zoom webinar audio. How to fix issue.

Movavi Screen Recorder may have trouble capturing Zoom audio on Windows 11 due to how Zoom handles audio output, especially with certain audio drivers like Realtek. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Make sure you are using the latest version of both Zoom and Movavi Screen Recorder.
  2. Check your Windows sound settings and ensure the correct output device is selected.
  3. In Zoom, go to Settings > Audio and verify your speaker and microphone settings.
  4. Try switching your audio output in Zoom to a different device (e.g., from speakers to headphones or vice versa).
  5. If you use Realtek audio drivers, consider updating or reinstalling them, as there are known issues with Zoom and Realtek on Windows1.
  6. In Movavi, ensure you have enabled system audio recording and selected the correct audio source.

If the issue persists, you may want to try using Zoom’s built-in recording feature, which reliably captures both audio and video.
