I don't find this answer anywhere.

We have recruiters that want to be notified, via email, when a person signs up for their webinar.

I see it in Parsey but is it not native to Zoom?

This will show your recruiters how to "require registration," which will generate a report. They can then track who has signed up for the webinar.

You could reference the reports periodically. Alternatively you could set up a webhook that sends an email to the designated recruiter every time there is a new Zoom webinar registrant. There is also a Zoom app, Salepager, that provides you with a dashboard to track webinar registrations and can notify designated emails of each time a person signs up for your Zoom webinar.

The straight forward way was to make a meeting with the email notification then convert it to a webinar.

Could you please mark the reply that is your accepted solution so that the person gets credit. Idc if that is me, I just want the person who is responsible for your solution to get that credit. We have badges in the community and we all try hard to beat each other, lol. Friendly competition breeds excellence. Someone said that, I am sure. haha.
