We had a webinar the whole today in the report, the Time in Session are all zero.  How do I recover the actual number of minutes?

    Hi Rupert or whomever can help,

     

    I just ran a webinar and downloaded the attendee report. Several attendees that I know were on the webinar were recorded with "0" Time spent. How did this happen and can it be fixed for a new, correct report?
