We have issues with registration. If one person is registering multiple people, not all of the registrants are being captured. Is this due to same IP address submitting multiple registrations and being blocked? Other reasons that could cause this to happen?

With Zoom, each person needs to do their own registration. Doing registration for others will be problematic.

If you need more flexibility in registration processes, consider using Eventbrite, which will feed registration information over to Zoom.
