Webinar Q&A Naming Bug

I recently found in a Webinar, if a Panellist or Host has been renamed and they type an answer a question in the Q&A Box, their original name is displayed (not their current name). 

Weirdly, the icon shows the initials of their new name, but the full name in Bold displays the name they joined the webinar with.

Also if the choice to Answer Live, the correct name displays in the "John Smith is going to answer this question live" prompt, but once they click Done the incorrect name is shown (ie "Jono1234: This question has been answered live")

I've tested it on Mac Desktop Client and iPhone client and get the same result on both.
