Webinar access

I just paid for the webinar service, but it is not showing up as an option to schedule webinars.  The platform puts me in a loop cycle that puts me back to the buy webinar subscription page (which I have already purchased).  Has anyone had this issue?

Hello,

 

If you can confirm in your Billing that you have purchased the Webinar license, from there you will need to go into your User Management, and then assign yourself the Webinar License. Find the user you would like to add the Webinar License to, and then on the right click on Edit, and you will have an option to assign the Webinar License. Once that is performed, you should see the option to schedule Webinars on your account.
