Is there a way to save a speaker bio in Zoom. I cant seem to find a place to store a speakers bio, and I have to recreate the bio each time I schedule a Webinar. Can anyone help?

I am running into the same issue. My company has at least 2 webinars a week, and we often have the same speakers. Manually re-adding the same info to each webinar is tedious, time-consuming, and increases the probability of user error. I’ve requested that Zoom add the ability to save & re-use speaker bios (using the Zoom feedback tool in the desktop app).

I encourage anyone else experiencing this poor user experience to do the same! And if there’s anything else I can do to get traction on this feature request, please let me know.

Hi @DeniseLahat Does Webinars Plus have this feature? I don’t see something like this listed on the Plans page.

Also, it looks like Webinars Plus is an extra $200/mo, which seems awfully steep for a feature that seems like it should be in the basic plan.

Zoom doesn’t currently have a built-in way to save speaker bios for reuse. The easiest workaround is to keep the bios in a document or note and copy-paste them when scheduling webinars. You can also duplicate a previous webinar to reuse the speaker info.

Thanks for the tip for saving the bios in a standalone doc. I tested duplicating webinars and that doesn’t seem to preserve the speaker bios.

Hello, I just wanted to let you guys know that Zoom has been losing money rapidly lately due to shipping expenses. It really doesn’t affect me whether or not you disbenefit from their losing of money, and I completely understand why you wouldn’t understand me. Zoom may close down soon, so I would recommend to not depend very much on Zoom if you don’t already. Best of luck and hope everyone has a great weekend.
