Recordings prior to July 1

Good morning. We have been using Zoom specifically since the pandemic hit. I am being audited and need to use proof of meetings/recordings/schedules to show our communication with parents. I am only seeing recordings since July 2021. How do I access previous lists of Zoom Webinars?

Are you looking for Recordings ore Reports?

For Reports - https://zoom.us/account/report/ - you should be able to use the date picker to select a Start date and End date for your Report. See below.

Depending on the Report type, the maximum duration for one report might be one month - so you may need to generate a separate report for each month on those cases.

If you are looking at Cloud Recordings of your Meetings, those will be available according to your "Auto delete cloud recordings" settings at https://zoom.us/profile/setting?tab=recording
