is there any way to allow panellists to message attendee directly in chat room ??

since after they have raised their hand but we can only allow them to speak but can't message them....

Hi @Sain ,

Make sure the Chat setting is enabled in the host account as mentioned in this article https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115004809306 for users, then while in the webinar you should see the option under More to the right of the attendee's name.

In my today's webinar, I sent a direct text to an attendee, but it got delivered to host and panelists as well.
