Changing Ticket Type for Registrant

For an upcoming Zoom Event webinar, I have two ticket types, in-person and virtual. One of my registrants would like to change from virtual to in-person. Is there a way I can do this administratively?

    Hey @awsm couple of questions to further understand your case scenario, is the two ticket types differ in whether they're free or paid as well? For example, the in-person ticket type is paid vs. the virtual ticket type is free. 

     

    The assumption, you would have a ticket cancellation policy set (also note the editing of tabs) and the user would cancel their ticket type and re-register. You can manage registrations as well if the user is still showing as registered.

    @awsm gotcha, the registrant should be able to cancel their Zoom Events ticket and re-register for the in-person ticket type! Are they not able to?
