Best format for training delivery for refugees please help🙏🏼

Hi, we are organizing a sales training program for refugees in Kenya.

It will be over 1 week with 1 live session in the morning , and ideally using rooms, lobby, expo or other feature to enable the participants to have a number of Roleplay sessions in the afternoon (ideally in groups of 2)

We have a zoom event 5000 license, what is the best way to setup the above? Cannot seem to find a way to rooms
