Audio problem during a Zoom webinar

I have a question about the audio during a webinar: some members have noise and difficulty hearing during the webinar, even though the audio during the Zoom meeting is fine. When other members are speaking, there is no noise, so it is not a problem on the Zoom side. We have tried various things, including replacing the microphone, but have not been able to improve the problem. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

    I'd definitely recommend reaching out to our Tech Support Team via 

    https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new to ensure this can be looked at. Don't forget to mention the Meeting ID, Date and Time when this was experienced and our colleagues should be able to look into this for you.
