Question

iPad users can't see polls, but iPhone users can

In webinars, participants who use an iPad can't see polls, but those on an iPhone can.

These are typically non-tech savvy students who need the certification webinars to keep their jobs, so what is the simplest way to help them use an iPad like Zoom says you can?

hi @Ramona B

I have an ipad and if I run a poll it comes up on the screen. If they are on zoom, it is easy to see.

Please like and mark as the solution if this helps

Hello,

Zoom requires an iPad running iPadOS 15.0 or later for the mobile app, with reliable internet

  • Zoom Ipad App Version: Users must use the Zoom mobile app for iOS or Android updated to the Global minimum version or higher. 6.0.2  (changing May 2, 2026).

Polls cannot be launched from a mobile phone or web browser. Audio-only phone participants cannot take part.

Do these Ipad users meet all of these requirements?

Regards

I'm not sure. How can I help them check?
