I need to set up the same settings for all of our Zoom Rooms. Can this be done 1x for all, or do I have to adjust the settings for each room individually? I am not able to add the room as a "group".

Got it. Waiting Room settings are user settings (linked to meetings a specific user creates) that can be set/locked at the individual user level, group level, or account level.

Yes, but there are limitations to the parameters that can be configured in bulk.

1.) Navigate to Admin->Room Management->Zoom Rooms

2.) Select "All Locations" (or Country/Region, if you wish to manage a group of rooms more granularly)

3.) Click "Account Settings" (or "Country/Region Settings")

From there, settings can be configured and locked for all Zoom Rooms in the group you've selected.

Thanks. I'm specifically looking for the waiting room settings for the rooms. Our "room" account waiting rooms are for our virtual classes, while our regular "non-room" accounts do not need the legal verbiage of a virtual class, but still need the waiting room active.

After doing the latest update to Zoom Workplace I can no longer see my rooms in the app. I can see the meetings on the website.
