Unable to mute and unmute camera and microphone

Not able to mute/unmute the mic and camera using the Extron control processor from a scheduled meeting. However, it works for a non-scheduled meeting. The device I'm using is an intel nuc. the zoom version is 5.14.2. How can we download an old version of zoom room? Please advise. Thanks

Unsure as to the actual root of your issue (would need to review the Extron program and Zoom Rooms JSON file), BUT, if you're looking to downgrade the Zoom Rooms app on your PC, please follow the instructions here:
