Setting up zoom room that's always on.

I've just signed up for a zoom room licence as I would like to set up a zoom room that is always on so that members in my membership can meet without me having to be there as a host. I can't seem to find the settings I need in room management for participants to be able to join and leave before the host. Or for a meeting to be always on. Can anyone assist. I've un toggled the waiting room setting.

You are specifically using "Zoom Room" to describe a hardware-based conferencing system that exists in a conferencing space, correct? Just want to be sure before providing additional steps, as it seems like you may be using "Zoom Room" to describe a "Zoom Meeting".

For ANY Zoom meeting (including those that Zoom Rooms are invited to), you can allow participants to join before/without the host by navigating to zoom.us->Meetings->[Schedule / Edit the given meeting]->Options->Show->Allow Participants to Join Anytime
