how to provision a non supported phone device model to zoom phone user. Has anyone done this before?

Hi @docpaul ,
Welcome to Zoom community. First, Zoom Phone supports a wide variety of hardware so please make sure your device is certified or not:

However, if your device is not in the list, You can open a support ticket to enable the third party devices capability. Before submitting a ticket, Please do the homework with the device vendor, to verify that the device(s) support SIP registration, wildcard SSL certificate and TLS1.2/SRTP security protocols. These are strict requirements based on industry standards. Also, note that this is a best effort service, and you will need to accept the acknowledgement form sent by Zoom support.
If this response helps, please accept the answer as an accepted solution, so others can benefit as well.
