Phone ring on Computer and Headset

My computer speaker used to ring at the same time as my headset. Now it doesn't. It's easy to miss a call if I don't have my headset on. I can't remember where I set that when I first started.

Hi,

The option is in the Audio Settings (not under the Phone Settings) of the Zoom desktop app. It is called "Use a separate audio device to play ringtone simultaneously". See attached screenshot.

I hope that helps!

I think I've got it. I had the box checked but the output was set to my headphones instead of speakers. Thank you!!!
