We recently ported a line from ATT to Zoom Phone. We are using the same iPhone that was used when the line was connected to ATT. On iPhone under settings -> cellular, I turn off the line under the ATT settings, I get an SOS symbol where it had originally said ATT. Does this mean that Zoom Phone is only going to work on a mobile device when connected to wifi?

hi swiftwanderer94,
with respect to making and receiving calls with your iphone, your iphone needs wifi or cell connections. if you no longer have cell service from att, the only way your iphone can connect is wifi. zoom does not offer cell service.
zoom phone works with all zoom clients and mobile apps plus many desk phones. these clients may use cell, wifi or ethernet connections.
