If you're looking at SIP Zoom phone certified devices, you may want to check the link below. Look under paging and intercoms. Another route you can take is looking at using a generic SIP device (Zoom enablement required) to try and get a device designed specifically for elevators provisioned. There are Zoom requirements on the connection such as minimum TLS 1.2 and installation of Zoom certificates for registration and calling. Our organization has over 850+ emergency devices with several of those being elevator phones. We stuck with analog interfaces being feed off Zoom certified Audiocodes MP1288's.
