zoom app freezing and not responding (windows11)

i am using windows11 and sometimes my zoom freeze and not responding. i've tried re-install the app but that doesn't solve the problem.and i can't close the app while freezing so i have to go to task manager to end task. my zoom statistic is: overall CPU about 3% and overall memory is about 4GB(pretty high)and my RAM is about 8GB. is the overall memory cause this problem? and how to reduce the overall memory, cause it is pretty high.
