screen sharing problem

Hello everyone. Its been a long time I have this crazy problem with my zoom that makes it impossible to use. A soon as other students or the professor start sharing their screen my connection is cut and no matter how many times I try I cant connect to the meeting cause the screen sharing is still on. I log in with the same account via my phone and PC. but this problem occurs only with my PC. I thought its a software problem so I re installed my windows. but the problem occurred again and makes me nervous cause I cant listen to the classes. I appreciate it if you could help me with this problem. Thank you in advance.

Hey @sohee, I wonder if this previous post might help you out, "Zoom keeps crashing when someone shares their screen"@shakti-chitnis was able to switch off the hardware acceleration for sending video, receiving video & video processing. They did it by going to Zoom Desktop client settings under Video > Advanced.
