how to create a poll in zoom?

At first, your Zoom liselce is Pro, Buisiness or Enterprize？

If your Zoom is Basic, then you couldn't use poll.

If not Basic, you can use poll.

There are two ways to do this.

1.Before Meeting: recommend

In web portal, Click scheduled Meeting

Then scroll bottom, and poll create

2. In a meeting, you can create poll by clicking on the poll icon
