how can i make live streaming with zoom through restream

In Zoom, enable live streaming of your meetings. Go to your Zoom profile and click Settings. 
Now you can host a meeting in Zoom as you would normally do. 
Fill in your Streaming URL and Streaming Key.
Click the Go Live button.

Which plateform can I live stream from... Restream or Zoom?  Most times I stream through my Restream account... and it live streams to my social media accounts, FB, Linkedin, Twitter.... can I add zoom... or instead can I live stream from zoom and restream to social media through Retream?
